The whole science lesson I figured out what to say to Thana or how to start a conversation. I kept looking at her for the past hour. I hope she didn't see me drooling all over her beauty.
After the bell goes I go to Thana before she goes. "Thana!" I shout. She stops. "Oh hey, Harry wasn't it?". My heart beats faster by her mentioning my name. " Yeah, I like your name." I say confused. "Aw, thank you I like your name too. Soo?" "Soo??." I tell her in a day dreaming voice. " you shouted my name. Anything wrong?" She says to me. I actually forgot what I wanted to say or ask her. " Oh yeah. Uhm? Do you mind if I meet you later at the park?". I ask unexpected. "Hahah, Sure see you at 4."
She says to me as she dissappears in the crowd of people in the corridor.
The day was too long. I silently pray that year would go fast, but with Thana I pray at the same time it doesnt. I have her nearly in all my lessons, And am glad we do. There is something about her that makes me want to be closer to her. The bell brings my thoughts on earth again. I go back to the room. I try to pick out the nicest clothes. I want to impress her. "Where are you going?" Zayn says while he is laughing. "Uhm no where. I just want to change my clothes". "Dude, am not stupid if your going on a date with a girl just tell me". "Okay, have you seen the new girl in our science lesson today, Well-". I was cut off by Zayn hysterical laugh. "Hahaha she has only been one day here and you already trying to hit on her". "No but I-" I say in a panicked voice. "Dude am only fooling with you. If you need any first date tips. I know some that can help you" he says to me. " am not sure if you can call it a date". "So your going out with a girl, and your trying to tell me that your not sure if it's a date or not? Oh come on." "Okay maybe it is". " Your not going to tell me that your wearing that shit". Zayn tells me in a shocked voice as i pull out a brown cardigan with black jeans and brown boots. "Uhm, anything wrong with it?" I ask him. "Anything? Everything is wrong with it here let me give you something from my clothes" I want to decide against it but everything for Thana's sake.
it's nearly 4 o'clock. I wish I had asked what number her room was instead am standing here waiting for her. "So are you ready to go?" a voice behind me asks. i turn around to see Thana in a black skinny jeans, black converse with black leather jacket and a white crop top that shows her belly button. " You got a piercing? " the words leave my mouth before I can think about it I didn't mean to say that. "Hahaha yeah, I got it since I was 14 years old. I was always into piercings. "Oh it looks nice". "haha thank you". " come lets go now". I tell her looking forward to this date. " okay". she says as the most beautiful smile appears on her face. That's a sign that she is just as excited for this as I am.
Hours past by without notice. I am happy about the way Thana opened up to me about why she came here to the school. She said she didn't like the school she went before and the education is bad. She didn't talk much about her family background. I wanted to ask about it but I didn't want to push her. Time will come and i will find out.
"Harry?"
She says my name as if she is scared. " Yes anything wrong?" I ask nervously. "No but am really hungry". her belly makes a sound that supports her statement about being hungry followed by my stomach sound. "I guess me too lets go inside to order something". I tell her. " i was scared you wasnt going to say that". We burst into laughter as we reach the door.
Just when I was about the open the door she was planning on doing the same so our hand connectected toghter I wanted to smile but instead i made a surprised face not because she was smiling but because her hand was too cold for this hot weather. "Do you feel cold or something? " I ask. " uhm no why?". "Because your hand is so cold". "I guess am cold blooded". She jokes about it but something behind her voice tells me she was serious about. I just decided to laugh along. I didn't want to make the situation any more awkward than it already is.
After we were done with our food we decided to go watch the sun set outside on the bench. "Its beautiful". she says I look at her. The sunset and her face combine perfectly. She is so beautiful. I feel that our heads are coming closer every second. Just when we were about the kiss. "Am sorry i can't do this I dont want to hurt you. "What do you mean?" I tell her as her hazel brown eyes change colour to a lighter colour. "Sorry I have to go now". she says in a hurry. I cant be against it since she ran off without anything else.
