Thalia's POV

I can't believe this. It's been almost a week since Percy went missing and not a single person cared except for me. I has to find somebody to help me look for him. But first I needed to ask Lady Artemis for permission for the search. I think back to the day when Percy was persecuted. Artemis didn't seem to friendly towards Perce.

That meant that I would have to lie.

I hate lying to Lady Artemis. But I refuse to let Percy at Gaia's filthy hands because the gods were blinded by their need to hold power. So lie to her I would.

I calmly walked towards her tent. "May I come in Mi'Lady?" I ask. i hear a muffled voice call for me to enter. I pull up the tent flap and walked in. I see Artemis looking through some papers that lay in the desk in the corner of the room. "Mi'Lady I have a request," I say. "And what would that be Lieutenant?" She replies calmly. I take a deep breath and release it slowly. "I wish to take on a solo mission," I say with as much confidantes as I can muster. Artemis looks at me in shock. Probably from me asking for such an odd request.

"Why in Hades would you want to go on a solo mission Thalia?" The confusion is evident in her voice. This is where it starts to get tricky. "I need some time to clear my head." I said, " Training all these new recruits is wearing on my last nerve." Artemis chuckled quietly to herself at my excuse. She looked up at me as if she was trying to see through me. I kept my self calm enough not to give my true intent hidden. After what felt like an eternity of her staring at me she said, " Alright you may go," I almost jumped for joy. "But." she continued. Dang it. "You must be back within the next 2 fortnight.

4 weeks. She was giving me 4 weeks to find my cousin, break him out of any prison that Gaia was keeping him in, get back to Camp, and clear his name. All in 4 weeks. It was nearly impossible, especially since I didn't have a clue about where to start. Keep calm I thought to myself. Percy's done the impossible on multiple occasions. I smile to myself at the thought. "Alright," is all I say before I walk out of Lady Artemis's tent. I run over to my tent and quickly pack up a few things that will be necessary for the trip. My bow, ambrosia, nectar, some unicorn draught mix, bandages, extra clothes. The essentials. Then I walked way from camp. Towards the nearest river. The water was rushing fast against the bank causing a slight mist to form. I took a spare drachma out of my pocket. I'd need help with this little mission of mine. Who should I call? Wait...........lightbulb. "O Iris, goddess of the rainbow, please accept my offering and show me Grover Underwood."
