Chapter 3- A gut feeling

I stood up from the stool to throw my plate away I decided to go find an outfit for today. I got dressed and headed back to the living room to see what K was doing. He was on the phone with the moving company letting them know where the location from the old house to the new house I gave him. I still haven't told K where we was moving to or when this was set up but he will find out. Kasen finished out the call and looked at me and shook his head, "What" i said trying to figure out why he was looking at me like that, "nothing bae I know you up to something but dang i cant look at cha" he said I just smiled at him. "You know Valentine's coming up right and i want you with me" Kasen said "I know baby i'm ready to see what will happen" i said knowing he got something planned. It was going on 12 and we decided to head on out as we was driving i made small conversations with K but he's been quiet since we left out. "What's wrong K" i asked him wanting to know he looked at me and shook his head. I just let it go I wasn't gone force him to talk so i made a note to myself to find out what was wrong.

At the house:

We pulled up to our soon to be old home where we've had our last memories but saluting for the new ones to come. We started to get got out but suddenly stopped noticing our door was slightly ajar . I looked over at Kasen as he looked at me before grabbing his gun and handing me another one. " imma go in first and clear the living room you stay behind me at all time" Kasen said we got out the car making our move Kasen pushed the door open as i trailed closely behind trying not to make a sound.

As we moved in thru the house we didn't see anything in the living room, then we went through the kitchen didn't find anyone or anything so we kept moving through the house. We headed up the stairs where we began to heard commotion Kasen counted down before kicking the door open making contact with the faces of Dre, Ezra, Scotty, Kyng, Alaya, and Asia. Everybody looked at each other with guns drawn on each other "man look y'all was bout to be some dead mf's" Kasen said as he dapped the guys and hugged the women. "Wussup B, how you holding" Scotty asked "I've been holding strong head held high you know me" I told him. "Yea I understand B" he responded walking away.

Everyone was packing things up and putting them in boxes, I got a call and went outside I looked at the call to see "MA❤️" pop up on my screen. I decided to let it slide and shoot her a text to let her know that I would call her back and that I'm in the process of packing. I went back in the house to see the men downstairs packing and taking things down as the women was cleaning around the house. I headed towards the kitchen deciding to throw something together like some shrimp Alfredo with garlic bread and a side salad. "You good bae" K asked coming in the kitchen "Yea" I said getting on my tip toes to kiss him.
