Heyyy guys, I finally found some time to write. I don't know how good it's going to be, bit we will see
DAAN POV:
It's now 4 weeks later and today it's matchday. I am fully recovered and really looking forward to the match. We play against manchester city. We will also play against then sunday but first we have to focus on todays match. We are just chilling on the couch the whole day since the match is in the evening. When it's 5 PM we go to meadow park. When we arrive we greet some fans who are already there. It still amazes me how much Dutch fans there are. We walk into the dressing room and change ourselves into warming up gear. Joe gives us a little speech about the match and we walk on the pitch. We start warming up and I feel really happy and realise that this is going to be a good match. After the warming up we walk back inside where Joe tells us again who is starting. I am starting today and I am really happy with that. I am nervous about the game because if we win we're going to the finals. We start the game and after 6 minutes Viv already scored a goal. We all run towards her and celebrate the goal. We get back on our positions and we hear the whistle. It's almost half time and it's still 1-0 for us. I get the ball kicked in to my feet and I score. I am so fricking happy right now. The ref blows the whistle and it's halftime. When we walk back on the pitch I am still nervous because we can't lose this game. In the 60th minute manchester scores. I ran towards the goal and kick the ball but I fall and I don't know how but I missed or something. I slam my hand on the ground which kind of hurts but still. I stand up again and after a rough game we hear the end whistle. We all jump on top of each other because we are happy that we won.
We walk of the pitch and party some in the changing room. After we all showered we go home.
BETH POV:
When we got home we sat down on the couch and talked about the match we decide to watch a movie because we have something to celebrate. When the movie ended we walk upstaires and go the bed. Daan and I talk a bit about the game and I tell her how good she did it, and that het goal was awesome. She tells me that her hand is a bit blue because of how hard she smashed it in on the field and I start laughing a bit. We snuggle up in bed when I realise I have something for Daan. I quickly get out of bed and grab it for her. She gives me a weird look, but I don't care. I give her the present and when she sees the new pair of shinguards is gave her she attacks me with thank you's and kisses. We decide to go sleep right now since it's already pretty late
