They wouldn't leave till I left with them but I had no intention or interest of doing so. If I was more irrational perhaps I would have used my claws but biting seemed to work just fine. The kitsune separated us and told the pack to leave although we all knew they wouldn't. "Give us the pup and we'll leave." Stated one of the lesser pack members earning a cold glare from their alpha. "They obviously don't wish to leave with you so I'll ask you again to please leave." The same pack member snarled and then shouted. "It's not like you own the forest!" To this I didn't realize at first but the kitsunes snowy white ears and tail turned a light gray. "Actually as a kitsune with my shrine here this is technically my territory as you wolves would call it." They looked dumbfounded like they had no idea he was a kitsune, how dumb where they really? The same defiant pack member spat words without care of cost. And would so be exiled or killed. "Leave this place." I demanded coldly. "I have no intent or interest to join you so leave me alone. I'd rather be a loner then deal with misbehaving hazardous pups." With each word the pack seemed to become more offended although I honestly didn't care. I showed my claws as a flashy warning and made sure to make a silly threat. The kitsune placed his hand on my shoulder and shook his head. I understood immediately why, if any battle happened then blood would desecrate the beauty of this scared land that he's had since many many moons ago. I hid my claws and retracted me threat but not any statement before. We all stood their for what seemed like hours in a argumentative conversation with no apparent end in sight. One of the pups not so far away from being a full grown wolf and getting a hunter status leapt at me with such force and anger I simply fell to the grassy floor below. I used my legs as they weren't pinned to kick at my enemy before they could inflict any injuries. I had successfully kicked them off me and stood baring my teeth and once again showing my claws. They did the same but in a more anger driven manner. They continuously tried their best to hurt me but to no avail. I made sure to stay out of the line of damage. Their attacks seemed to have no pattern like someone feral would also have. Some other pack members had tried to get them away from you but to no avail, even the alpha was having trouble controlling them. The kitsune just stood by and watched as I made it my mission to dodge the feral pups attacks the best I could. The alpha had taken matters into his own hands now. He darted in front of me and revived a cheap blow from the pup before returning it and sheer force and anger. The pup wailed and whimpered at the pain while their alpha commanded their gaze. I backed away and hid behind the kitsune as I was aware of what could take place this very moment. I told myself I would be proud and tough now that I was in charge of my life but it seemed like everything had only fell back to before I left my pack. As I looked at some of the pack members I realized the amount of different emotions among their eyes. One would be frightened while the other angry and so on. There was no one common emotion felt as a group. It was almost strange to me how anyone could feel differently than another but maybe that's just because of my upbringing.
