Jaxton's POV

At this point, she's moaning in my ear uncontrollably. That is until the asshole from earlier comes barging in and out of nowhere yanks her off of me like she's a toy! This instantly boils my blood as I try to keep myself calm knowing that I will just blow things out of proportion fairly quickly. But I'm not worried about that. I'm worried about the fact that this piece of shit had the nerve to take my girl away from me, and then continue to hit her! In my presence! He clearly doesn't know who I am.

Pushing myself out the stall, I grab him by the collar before he had another chance to hit her, pick him up, and throw him against the sink. Then I grab him by the tie, pull him up so that his feet are now dangling off the edge of the counter and punch him with everything I got and lay blow by blow to his face, at one point, cracking his nose. I didn't stop until I felt a pair of hands pull me back, begging for me to stop.

"Please! OH MY GOODNESS WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?," She screams.

I look back at her and reassure her that everythings fine. Apparently everything wasn't. Catching me off guard, the asshole lands a punch to my jaw, causing me to lose my balance a bit. I then knock his ass out. His limp body now on the floor as blood seeps out of his head.

I look back at her and try to reach for her but she stumbles back trying to get up and bolts it out of the restroom.

"Fuck!," I groan, as I get up and try to go after her.

I fucked it up this early, and what? She's probably afraid of me now. Oh well, she'll get over it.

Making my way to the dining area, I see that she's already out of the restaurant and running towards a cab. Getting in the cab, I feared that I'd never get to see her again. But life had other plans. Sitting there on the table she was at earlier, layed her purse.

Lacey's POV

I don't know what came over me, all I know is that I had to get the hell out of there and immediately. Not looking back I call a cab, and thank God that there was one right around the corner. Running over to it I take the chance to hop in and give the driver instructions back to my house. Once there, I get out, pay the driver, thank them and make a bee-line upstairs to my room. I quickly pull out my phone and text a few people-Cherry, Chantay, and Blaire-that I need the most right now. Not including Valaysia because she just got promoted and is working extra hours right now.

I met cherry back in grade school when she and I had a crush on the same boy, and then ended up both getting played by the same boy, and ever since then we vowed to never let a boy come between us ever again. As for Chantay, I met her at a cafe back in Oregon when we both weren't looking where we were supposed to be going and I ended up spilling my scorching hot coffee all over her and her cappuccino on me. Lastly, I met Blaire back when I was working at a Bowling arena, and well, to put this in the nicest way, she ended up somehow throwing a bowling ball at a guy because he called her a slut for texting her dad, and when she tried to explain to the guy, he called her an ugly liar. Next thing I know, he was being wheeled out of there on a stretcher from being hit in the head with a bowling ball, and we kind of just clicked, and yea. I love my friends.

Going back downstairs to open up the door for them, I'm greeted with hugs and flowers and screams. And yes, I told them everything. Chantay suggested I poured coffee all over Zack, Blaire took out her hammer from her purse; we all stared at her. And Cherry lectured me about how he's not worth my time.

Stepping aside I let them come in and then dash back up the stairs changing into a pair of sweats, a tank-top and some Nike black slides and then head back downstairs and into the kitchen fixing up some popcorn after putting on a movie.
