Hot Topic

Author here! I will explain more on why I haven't updated since September at the end of this chapter! I'm really sorry!

Will's POV.

     Nico has never been to Hot Topic. No surprise their he was born in 1924 after all.
     And since he has never been to Hot Topic before I am currently on my way to Hot Topic with Nico in the passenger seat grumbling about not knowing where in Hades we are going. I thought not telling him would be fun! But no he has to complain about it the whole time!
     "Will, just tell me were we are going." Nico says for what feels like the millionth time. Even though he has probably only asked 6 times now. Still annoying!
     "Nico I love you more than life itself but if you ask me that one more time I will not let you play Fall Out Boy on our way back like I said you could."
       I hear a gasp from Nico when I say this. Nico loves Fall Out Boy's music so much. Well Nico loves a lot of bands that people label as emo bands. Like Panic at The Disco, My Chemical Romance, and more.
      I hear Nico mumble something that sounds like "Fine fine." That works with me. No more Nico complaining.
      Little does he know that he will forget I ever threatened him with not listening to Fall Out Boy because I have a feeling Nico will love Hot Topic so much.
     Also to make his day even better ai plan on taking him to McDonald after Hot Topic. Nico would kill for a happy meal.
     I love my murderous boyfriend.
Nico's POV.

     Will would not tell me where hi is driving us! I am a curious demigod Will I want to know if I am being taken away to be tortured and killed!
     Will turns into the mall parking lot with a smile on his face.
      The mall? Will knows I hate the mall. There are so many people and it's so loud. Will must be up to something if he is taking me to a place he knows I hate.
     Will pulls into the closest parking spot to the entrance that he can find. Which still isn't close at all. It's a Saturday and that means even more people!
     Will and I get out of the car and prepare for the mile long trek to the entrance.
      I quickly reach for Will's hand. Holding his hand helps in stressful situations like a busy loud mall.
    Will turns his head to face me and says, "Don't worry you'll love this!"
      Somehow I highly doubt that.
     As we walk toward the entrance I remember the first and last time Will and I went to the mall. We weren't even their for 10 minutes when some boomer Karen up to Will and I and started to go off about how we where going to hell because we are gay.
    We where only holding hand! Also I've been to hell and back! My dad is the fucking Hades!
     We finally make it to the entrance after what felt like a mile low trek.
     Will gives me a nod of encouragement and squeezes my hand before we step inside.
     When we walk in my senses are immediately flooded with the smells of fast food and oh so loud noise that is the chatter of people.
     I turn to Will and ask, Now will you tell me where we are going?" I knew he wasn't gonna tell me but what's the harm in asking?
     Will answers smirking, "Now where is the fun in that!"
    I groan and playfully punch Will in the arm with my free hand. My other hand still holding Will's hand.
    Will starts to to lead me somewhere. Still no Karen's. Thank the gods.
     We stop in front of the escalators going up stairs. Oh shit. I hate escalators more than Percy when he is making puns.
     I squeeze Will's hand so hard I swear I'm gonna to break a blood vessel in his hand before stepping onto the escalator.
     Who ever invented escalators better end up in the worst part of hell or should already be their.
     The escalator ride is feels like it lasted a few hours instead of a few minutes. I quickly step off the escalator still squeezing Will's hand to death.
     "That wasn't now was it Nico?" Will says in a playful manner.
     "Yeah right." I mumble and punch his shoulder jokingly. Will staggers back dropping my hand in the process and acting like he is gravely wounded.
     Will takes my hand once again and starts to lead me to somewhere. I obviously still have no idea where.
     I have never even been in the upstairs of the mall due to the Karen from my first and last mall trip we left the mall very quickly.
     Will has a big grin on his face for some reason but I can't help but smile along with him! His smile is infectious! Wherever will is taking me he must be pretty excited about it.
     All of a sudden will comes to a halt causing me to run into him because I am never paying attention to anything.
     Will has stopped in front of a store called Hot Topic. Will drags me inside. And oh my god this place is my dream land.
     I must have looked stunned because Will started to giggling. Will's giggle is so cute!
    "Come on!" Will says dragging my further into the store still giggling. This place is amazing!

Will's POV.

     Nico looks so happy! I knew he would love it here! Once Nico got his jaw off the floor he started to explore every inch of Hot Topic.
     He immediately fell on love with all the band merchandise. He was fangirling so hard over the band stuff just wait till he sees the rest.
     And now he has found the anime merchandise. He looks like he is about to have a heart attack over the Yuri On Ice stuff he found.
     And last but not least you had found the pride stuff. He tears a bit when he first sees it. He then proceeds to pick up a pair of rainbow suspender and in his brain decide yes because he does not look like he plans on putting them back.
     I can picture them on him now. He will look so dumb yet so cute! It will be a challenge to get him to leave!
                       *Time skip!*
     By the time Nico and I leave Hot Topic Nico is on cloud nine and holding two very full Hot Topic bags.
     "So what did you think of Hot Topic?" I ask Nico even though I already know the answer.
     Nico turns to me with happiness dancing in his eyes and answers with "Is that even a question? Of course I loved it!"
     Nico just look so happy! I smile with him and say "I'm glad you loved it. I knew you would!"
    Nico looks like he could explode from happiness.
     "I love so much Will." Nico say making my heart just melt.
     "I love you too Nico. I love you so much."
      All and all today was a great day.
