Telling The Others

Nico's Pov.
"I think we should tell the others that that we are dating." I blurted out all of a sudden.
Will looked up from the book he was reading on the book besides me.
He looked shocked. I don't blame him. After all I was the one who didn't want to tell anyone else yet.
But, his shocked look quickly faded into a happy one.
"Really? You want to tell the others?" Will asked me acting like an excited puppy. He was even jumping up and down little.
"Yes Will. We've been dating for a few weeks now. I think it's times that the others know." I told Will sounding way more confident they I felt.
But Will seemed so happy I didn't want to ruin his fun.
"So want time do you want to tell them?" Will asked cocking his head to the side.
"I was thinking maybe at the camp fire tonight?" I said trying not to make it sound like a question but failing.
"That sounds perfect, Sunshine." Will answered smirking. He knew I hated that nickname.
"Hey! Don't call me that!" I yelled, pushing Will off the bunk he was sitting on. Key word was. Will just laughed.

Nico's pov.
It was the campfire. My anxiety was going into overdrive. I was starting to have second thoughts.
But I knew that if I didn't do this now I may never do it. I have to do this.
The real question was how in the fucking world was I going to do it? If I tried to talk to talk now all that would come out would be a mess of stutting and nothingness.
I'm just a gay mess! Will was starting to notice how much of a gay mess I was.
At this point my gay panic level was at "homophobic grandma caught me masturbating to gay porn" and that's I lot of gay panic!
Will reached over and took my hand. It may seem like a small gesture but to me in that moment it meant a lot to my gay panicking ass.
I hope Will has a plan because I've got fucking nothing. I'm to far into gay panic mode to think of a plan.
     It was a shocker I was still think straight or should I say thinking gay. Never mind my brain is dead. I'm making puns.
     I looked over at Will. If he was nervous he was not showing it at all. The sing along ended. I didn't even notice when it started. I was so panicked and in my own little world.
     All of a sudden Will stood up. Well I guess not all of a sudde for me because I knew what he was doing and I was not ready for it at all.
    My confidence was gone. There was none. Will pulled me up with him. I just wanted to shadow travel away. I was shaking like a leaf.
      "Um, everyone there is something that Nico and I would like to tell you all." Will exclaimed his voice nearly shaking.
     Everyone had turned to look at us. Why did we do this in the summer? Couldn't we have done this in the winter when almost no one was here?
     Will looked at me as if looking for permission to keep going. I just nodded my head yes.
      "Well Nico and I are dating." Will revealed to the crowd of demigods.
     There was complete silence for a moment but, only for a moment. But, once that one moment was over the cheering started.
     A few people even wolf whistled which made me blush. I swear I saw Chiron slip a smirking Annabeth a twenty. I can't believe thoses two made a bet but at the same time I was not shocked at all. It sound like something thoese two would do.
      Hazel came up and hugged me.
      "You know that I would support you no matter what. Right?" Hazel asked still crushing me half to death.
      I just nodded my head. I felt like if I tried to speak now I would cry. Hazel finally let me go from her death grip.
       The next one to walk up to Will and I was Percy. He better not make a not your type joke. I've heard them all and I think if he made one more I would punch him in the face.
      "So, we all support you two and everything but the question on the now table is who tops and who bottoms?" Percy asked with a smirk on his face
     Both Will's and my face turned as red as the strawberries in the strawberry field.
