Penelope neé Johnson married Allen Halliwell ( who will unfortunately die when patty and Estelle are 17) and had two daughters. Twins but in order to protect them from both the elders and the source, they had to give the younger twin girl up.
They kept Patricia "Patty" Halliwell who will then married Victor Bennett and had three daughters: Prudence, Piper and Phoebe.
But Patty will also have an affair with her whitelighter, Sam and have a daughter who they have up for adoption when she was born as Penny did for Patty's unknown twin sister, who was named Paige Matthews.
Patty and Victor then will get a divorce.
Sadly, Patty will die when she is 28 due drowning at the hands of a water demon.
Prudence,Piper and Phoebe were then raised by their grams.
Until their grams died.

The younger twin whose original name was Petra, was adopted by Sarah and Thomas Jones and renamed Estelle Jones but kept the name Petra as a middle name.
Estelle will eventually get married to Jim Jackson and have one daughter named Sally Jackson. But sadly, Estelle and Jim will die in a plane crash, 150 miles south of Lake Ontario, no one else survived the crash and cause was unknown, when Sally was 5 years old.
Sally was then raised by her paternal uncle Richard who didn't care much about her.
Her uncle Richard then was diagnosed with cancer and Sally quit high school to take care of him. He then died when she was 18 years old.
She will then meet Poseidon and then get pregnant with her daughter,percy.
