Cause of Death: The fatal wound is Multiple stabs with skewers in the arms legs chest and stomach

Execution: Akane is placed at the beginning of an obstacle course, and at the end is a massive feast with a throne like chair on the opposite side of the table. Around the table is a thick glass barrier. Akane runs, and deadly traps and various weapons spring up along the way, resulting in various cuts and bruises. A few metres before the feast is a button and Akane presses it, thinking it's for the glass barrier, but various spikes fly from all sides and impale her. She dies reaching an arm out towards the table.
