Cause of Death: The fatal wound is Ibuki choking Hiyoko with her sash from her kimono

Execution: Ibuki is placed on a stage in what looks like a rock concert, and she happily starts playing a guitar placed on stage. When Monokumas dressed as 'fans' start getting on the stage and reach for her with various weapons in hand, she runs out of a door behind her. Once on the other side, a coconut ironically falls on her head and renders her unconscious. She wakes up strapped to a chair in a blank room, save for two speakers. They blast music so loud that Ibuki's ears start bleeding, and eventually the music volume increases until Ibuki slumps over, dead from the overload.
