Tom sat on his bed, looking blankly at his guitar. Susan. T'was the day when rather hearts get broken or fixed. T'was the day, he wanted to confess to the red clad he once called Tord.

He wasn't really expecting much except heartbreak and sorrow, I mean that would be the main thing considering Tord and him fought alot.

But since the new year started, they also started to create a friendship between each other. Knowing that it's pathetic to be bickering over the smallest of things in the past that they had.

Little did he know, the little communist had a problem his own. You know it, I know it. We all know it. After he started getting close to the brunette in blue, his feelings started to get.. Confusing. There he lay on his bed, all messy and shit.

He star-ed at the ceiling, hoping his prayers would be answered. Wait.. THAT DOESN'T MAKE ANY SEN-

He decided to do what he told himself to, and that was to confess to his former enemy/childhood best friend. He stood up, dressed up in his classic outfit. Walked out, stood at the front of his door and knocked.

He figured that the jehovah was still asleep so he just went downstairs, to be greeted with his friends. Edd and Matt.

Matt was doing the usual, looking at himself in the mirror while Edd prepared lunch.

"Hey tord!" The green clad chirped, obviously in a good mood. Him and Matt were gonna go to the cinema for their first date, they've been dating for 5 months now yet have not went on a date. That's because Matt's always looking at his mirror and doesn't seem to care much when it wasn't about him getting a new mirror while Edd had tried so many times but Matt would get pulled away or distracted.

"Ey." Tord said in a raspy tired voice.

As they waited for the food to be finished

Tom came down the stairs and sat between to Tord and Matt. "Mornin' Tom!" Edd greeted again, "Morning, what's got you so hyped up? You're usually tired out of your mind." Tom asked "No reason, just me and matt gonna go to the cinema later! You know what that means.." Edd paused "No fighting, you babies." Matt just giggled at that then continues looking at himself.

Once the love birds were gone, silence built up the atmosphere between the two. Tord was thinking of what to say to cut the awkwardness and Tom just sat there. Eventually Tord spoke "So yo-" Cut off by Tom standing up and going back to his room.

Tord sighed softly. He stood up and went to the kitchen, took a swig of the glass of water and tries to catch his breath and keep his composure.

"Maybe I should just give up. This situation isn't like those fanfictions, this is real life." He told himself, and came upstairs to go grab some pills before his coughing fit worsens.

Coming to a stop when he was infront of Tom's door as he listened to the music inside, he knew this song. It was from their favorite show in high school. "La Vie En Rose".

Tord sat at his door, meaning against his head on door frame as he hummed while tom sang.

Tom had already noticed Tord was outside his door, but he didn't mind and continued to strum his susan while they listened to each other sing.
