Tord waited for tom at the bus station, he sure was a heavy sleeper, he would always be late which made tord be late with him. It annoyed tord but he got used to it over the passing months.

The bus came as he heard a distant "WAIT!", he looked to the side to see his friend running at full speed. He just sighed exhaustedly but in relief that he was at least in time for the bus. Tord grabbed his bag, stood at the door that was soon about to close. Tom sent faster and gripped his hand and pulled them in the bus and sat on their regular seats, "3.78 seconds, not bad." tord teased chuckling lightly at his friend.

Tom just grumbled, he put on his earphones and listened to some chill tunes all the way to school. Tord just leaned on his shoulder doing his own business on his phone, taking glances at tom's calm expression plastered on his face.

The bus eventually stopped at theie destination which meant that they would seperate until a few periods. It was boring for the both of them without having any other companions there, matt and edd were seperated. The only time they'd all be together is lunch and gym, it wasn't a lot but

They went to their lockers, chattering a bit as the halls started to get more crouded by the time as more late students were pushing through just to get their other stuff in their lockers.

A question popped into tom's mind before he was allowed to ask tord, the bell rang which meant they needed to be on their 1at period. They said theor goodbyes and parted ways most of the time, tom had music while tord had english.

Him and edd had the same period so they decided to sit by each other because the teacher's way too occupied to arrange seats for them, which meant most students were gonna be noisy the whole period. It's beneficial for the students but not the teacher, they don't get paid enough for this wack.

Tom took a seat and waved hello to his friend which he got back, "So what'd ya do in the weekend?" edd asked "You know, the usual. How about you? Did you and matt finally resolved your bickering?" chuckled tom, edd just looked at him unimpressed and rolled his eyes. "Oh please! When pigs fly, maybe we will." "You really used that idiom, how unoriginal." tom teased "I will personally punch you in the face." edd warned having that 'I won't hesitate, bitch' face on, which made tom burst out laughing. The teacher soon entered and they sat in silence, not wanting to be listed on the logbook.

The bell rang which meant it was lunch time, everyone was walking out calmly in tom's 3rd period. But outside there was a wave of people pushing through, wanting to get the same oxygen. This was the reason why they extended the time in punch to 50 minutes, students would be complaining to the counselor.

Tom had to wait until the croud lessened to be able to even get out the classroom, a few minutes passed and the sea turned into just small waves. Perfect. He met up with his friends on their usual table, they greeted him and so did he.

"Dude, have you seen tord?" asked matt, getting concerned. "Hasn't he come yet?" Edd turns his head, no. Now at this point they're just eating, the silence was a bit awkward. Not until tord followed up behind them "Sorry guys! The teacher went overtime for us." tord excused, he sat next to edd and got his food in his bag.

"Aren't you gonna eat, tom?" "Nah, I'm all good." tom politely said, sometimes edd can act like a parental figure to them. He was the one who made them all meet and started the group, he would obviously know their routine.
