Chapter 17

Tonight the guys were sleeping over at my house.

"So what movie are we watching tonight boys" I grinned.

"If we don't watch gremlins, I'm gonna be pissed"

We all agreed on Eddie's choice of movie.

I moved closer to Richie on my bed, and snuggled up with him.

"I'll be right back, I have to shit"

"Ew Richie, you could have said you needed to go to the bathroom"

When Richie left I cuddled up to Stan. I know it may have seemed like I liked two boys at the same time but I couldn't help it. Stanley was just so cute and helped me when I was in trouble.. but Richie, Richie was different. Richie was funny: obviously in a weird way, but he was.
I think I liked Richie because one time when my mom and dad went on vacation I had been all alone at my house. I was never one to like to be alone so Richie came by and hung over. Later that night, my mother called to tell me my dad was leaving our family. If Richie wasn't there that day I would have fallen apart.

Richie's POV

I ran to the bathroom I couldn't let Emma get close to me. I didn't want anything to go wrong. I was terrified that she would know.
Ever since I was younger Emma said she could never like a guy who didn't commit to anything. I was beyond scare of letting her know that I couldn't love her the way she wants someone to love her.
I was scared to ever commit to someone or something, but my mother never committed to anything so I picked it up from her.

[Real Time]

Emma's POV

I woke to me floating in the air in what seemed like the back of the sewers. I could see behind the float kids just a tad that the losers where fighting what seemed to be Pennywise.

"BILL" I said as I saw him coming around.

He didn't look up, instead he was talking to Georgie?

"BILL THATS NOT GEORGIE, NOW GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE AND HELP ME"

He finally let some common sense in and helped me, while the gang was still fighting.

"Emma, I'm sorry for yelling at you, I had no right"

"Bill, you didn't stutter" I gleamed, while hugging him. "You're okay Bill, I get it"

I was set back on the floor and we ran over to help the losers with Pennywise.

"HEY ASSHOLE, LEAVE MY FRIENDS ALONE"

I throw a spear I picked up from off the ground.

"EMMA" everyone one said, but Richie.

Instead Richie was standing back by the wall.

"Richie..."

I moved closer, but he stayed in the same spot.

"I'm sorry, Emma I've been lying to you, to all of you"

Right when he said that Pennywise grabbed him and held on to him.

"RICHIE" we all screamed.

Ik this went off from the movie but I felt it was important to but for the storyline. :)
