Nannon's POV

Hi! This is not my storh but my best friend and so-called brother.

Chimmon is my best friend i grew up with him, we live in same compound. We graduated high school,  and elemantary at the same school and same section. Now still i the same school grade 12.

And we go to school and go home together. Except when i have or he has a date.

Our whole high school he was into girls. But that changed.

There goes the cause of his change. The school's famous bully and super star. Phluem. Walking towards him.
O shit!

What now.

I walked fast to reach them. But i am so late.
Phluem grabbed his drawing sheet and teared it.

Shit!

I run and did not care who i bumped into.

"Chimmon!" I shouted and picked his drwing book. Good thing this is the one. His old one was filled with Phluem's portraits.

This one is with flowers and sceneries. But still he worked hard for it.

"Are you the boyfriend?" Phluem askd me. I stood and looked at him.

"Why does that bother you? What did he do to you anyway tod o this?" I asked protecting my best friend.

Chimmon hold on my arm and shook his headand i tried to calmdown.

Phluem laughs.
"See just a look and everything turns around."
He teased us.

"Tell your boyfriend to stay away from my girl!" He said and walked away!

Chimmon sighs.

"Sorry, you get into this mess because of me." He said and crumpled all the drawings he made and throw it.

There goes his hard work on the trash can torned. I picked them up.

He sulks and tears fell.

I bring him to the canteen and gave him ice cream. He is forbidden to eat much but i gave him more. It will help him.

Fai came to us.

"Chimmon, you can go first i need to talk to Fai." I said. He looked at me and nooded.
He left without a word.

"What do you want with Chimmon?" I asked.

Fai looked at me.

"I .. like his drawings and he draws Pluem so well." She said.

"The truth Fai." I said.

"Being with him or anybody would make Pluem jealous but he is more aggressive when i am with Chimmon." She said.

My head got bigger and my blood boils.

"Stay away from him. Pluem came to him this morning and destroy all his works. I show Fai the torn papers.

Fai widens her eyes.

"Now stay away from him and give him peace." I said and walked away.

I found Chimmon in our next class i guess he is again drawing something. He is an introvert.
I sat beside him.

He handed me a paper.
It was torn page from hiss notebook.it is two words. Thank you doddle. I smiled and slid it in my note book.

No more words.

In the afternoon.
I need to go to PE basketball while he is in Pingpong.

I was askd to try out. Just try out wont hurt.
So i tried and hated i did for i forgt. Pluem is the captain.

"So where is your boyfriend. In the barbie house with the girls or cheering squad?" Pluem said.

I did not say a word.

Then a ball hit me.

I picked it up and played with it then shoot it.

They begin throwing balls at me and i shoot them all on the basket.

"Let us see if he can pass." Pluem said and we played one on one.
He is a hard oponent. But i managed to play and our score is not that far 23-24. He is a good three pointer.

"You wanna play with the team?" His friend asked.

"No, thank you, i only came because of the grade" i said. The coach gave a card. I smiled. Then leave.

I went to Chimmon and he palys so well. If he pursues it he can be the school representative. But he chose not.
I asked him why he said he will miss Pluem's games if he will join the athlete.

His game is over and he won, he raised his card at me and i nooded at him. He walks to me.

"I have one more, you can go ahead", he said.

"Na.a. i will wait." I said and get my phone.
"Then gotta go" he said and went back to the table.

I saw basketball uniform in my pereferal view.

What the hell?

I am alarmed i watch secretly. They just watch Chimmon.
The girls giggled when they saw them.

How i wish Chimmon wont be destructed.
And he is not.

I smiled proud when he won.

He run to me. And i gave him water.

Pkuem appeared out of nowhere.

Chimmon grabbed his bag and walked away. I ignore Pluem and followed Chimmon.

The following day.

Pluem was waiting on the entrance of the senior high.
Chimmon walked pass him.

Phluem grabbed his arm.

"You canot ignore me forever."he said.

I walked between them. Swated Phluem's hand away, then lead Chimmon to walk on.

Lunch came. Phluem sit with us.

"Guys i am sorry if i where a jerk i am here to say sorry and be friends witb you." He said.

Chimmon looked at me and looked at Phluem.
Then he stood. I followed.

"There must be reason why he is like this" Chimon whispered to me when we are walking out of the canteen.

2 days passed and Phluem inserted himself in our lunch.
And he continued.
No more bullies.

But the things Chommon said stayed in my brain. He must be into something that is why he is like this.

But look at Chimmon now, enjoying Phluem.
Phluem now know that Chimmon and i practically grew together as brothers and best friend.

In two weeks things changed. Plhuem is the prioriy and the best friend is forgotten.

Phluem's friend begun to befriend me during those days making me entertained. And convincing me join the basketball practice.

Chommon is always there to watch.

And i am convinced to join the team.

But one day. I heard a small talk that makes me hate Phluem and the team even more.
