Cassie Blake held her hand out towards the unlit fireplace. Her eyes gleamed as flames erupted suddenly; licking at the logs. On her palm was a symbol; a circle with a central triangle with a cross on top and at the left of the cross was a shape of a throwing star. She smiled then as the fire lit up the living room of the house. Outside across the lake on a large boulder, stood four unidentified figures. Three of them were males and one was female. Each of these individuals had the same exact symbol on the palms of their right hands like Cassie.
One week later...
Cassie sighed as she got out of bed, crossing the floor of her room to her dresser where she grabbed out a white shirt and blue jeans. After getting dressed, she fixed her hair before she left her room, grabbing her bag on the way out, and headed down the stairs of her grandmother's house. She had spoken with her grandmother two days ago and was relieved that she would be coming home soon.
She walked outside and down the sidewalk as she made her way to the school.
Jake Armstrong appeared beside her then and said, "There's something you should know."
Cassie stopped and turned to him, confused and also curious.
"Okay well what is it?", she said to him.
He then pulled out a note from the pocket of his jacket and handed it to her. The note read: The circles are coming together. Your fight is far from over. Grandpa Royce.
Cassie blinked and looked up at Jake as she handed it back to him. He took it and stuck it back into his pocket.
"What does this mean?", she asked him.
"It means that the circle has to stay together to fight whoever or whatever it wanting to destroy us again.", he replied as they started walking again.
Cassie blinked and followed him, walking beside him on the sidewalk.
"We need Diana here. Without her, the circle won't be able to stop whoever is wanting to hurt us again.", Cassie said.

Diana sighed as she walked into Beacon Hills High School, her dark brown boots thudding softly on the tiled floor. She wore a blue jacket, blue jeans, and a white shirt under the jacket. Sighing, she walked to her locker. She opened it and set her bag inside.
As she was going to grab her binder and notebook for her first class, she glanced down at her right hand and saw the balcoin symbol on the palm of her right hand. Gathering her things, she was shutting the locker door when Scott showed up. His girlfriend and Diana's good friend Malia, who could be mistaken for being Diana's twin, was next to him.
"Hey, are you alright?", Scott asked.
Diana blinked and replied, "Yeah. I'm fine."
"No you're not. Something is upsetting you. What is it?" Malia said as she stared at her.
"Nothing. I'm just tired from all of the studying I did last night." Diana said as she looked at Malia.
She moved away from her locker and walked off to her class, leaving them alone. They didn't need to know what she was or why she was here.

Cassie walked into Chance Harbor High and headed to her locker. She opened it and then stuffed her bag inside, before she glanced over her shoulder. Adam Conant stood by his locker, staring off into the distance. She felt fresh tears fill her eyes but she fought them as she turned away and looked through her locker for her binders and notebooks that she'd be needing for Chemistry.
On the corner of her eye, she saw a figure standing beside her locker. Diana?, she thought. Turning her head, the shape vanished. She sighed and muttered to herself, "I am sorry Diana."
"Well if it isn't Cassie.", someone said behind her. Turning around she saw Faye Chamberlain and Melissa Glaser.
"Yeah. And? What do you want Faye?", Cassie said, a bit irritated.
Faye sighed and smiled wickedly.
"I just want to have some....fun.",she replied slowly. She then turned to some students who were passing by and watched as their books fell out of their arms, crashing onto the tiled floor.
"Faye stop it. Just because we have our own powers now, doesn't mean we should be going around and causing harm.", Cassie said sternly.
Faye turned to her and said, "You sound like Diana."
Cassie blinked as she was reminded that her sister was no longer at Chance Harbor.
Faye and Melissa walked past her, though Melissa placed a hand upon Cassie's shoulder and said softly, "Sorry Cassie."
Cassie sighed and gathered up her belongings before she left the school. Walking to her car, she got in and started it up.
"Diana, wherever you are at, I am coming to get you.", Cassie said. She started to pull out of the parking lot but stopped when she nearly hit Faye, Melissa, Jake, and Adam.
"Where are you off to?", Faye said.
"I'm going to find Diana.", Cassie explained simply.
"Alright well we are coming with you.", Adam said as he got in the backseat of her car. Jake and Faye followed suit, also getting into the backseat. Melissa sighed and got in the passenger seat.
Once they were all in and were buckled, Cassie backed out of the parking lot and drove off.

Diana sighed as she looked over her math homework. She still didn't like the subject, even though she was really good at it.
Getting off her bed, she walked down the hall and then down the stairs before she entered the kitchen. Grabbing some food, she set it on the kitchen counter and then got herself a plate.
Just then there was a knock at her door. She cautiously approached the door and opened it. Five teenagers stood outside the house on her porch.
One was blond with hazel eyes wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and tan boots. The others simply stared at her. For a moment she felt surprised and a little relieved to see them all but she forced it away and kept an angry look on her face.
"Diana. You're here.", Cassie said.
Faye rolled her eyes and said with heavy sarcasm, "Well this was fun, really. We should do it again sometime."
Scott, Derek, Lydia, Stiles, Liam, and Malia all came walking up then and they looked at the new group of teenagers.
The group of witches looked at the other group and Faye spoke first.
"What in the hell is this? Why are there two Diana's?" She said, looking from Diana to Malia.
Diana blinked and said as she looked at Faye "There isn't two of me. That's Malia. She's a werecoyote who is Scott's girlfriend. We aren't sure still why her and I look alike."
Faye rested her hands on her hips and said "Well isn't that just wonderful. You have another sibling whose an exact copy of yourself in every way except she's not a witch. She's some animal."
Scott and his pack looked at Diana and he spoke "So, you're a witch?"
Diana stared at Scott and replied "Yes, but I don't like having a lot of power and there were things that happened back home-"
"-She means her real daddy showed up and tried to get all of us to do his dirty work, but when that didn't happen he then tried killing us all just so that her and Cassie here would be in his perfect little circle." Faye said then, interrupting Diana which in turn made the witch give her a glare.
She smiled smugly at Diana before looking at the others in the circle and then Scott and his group.
Diana sighed and ran a hand through her hair before she blinked and crossed her arms over her chest, being silent.
Malia looked at Diana closely and then sniffed the air, the light in her eyes brightening then. She walked to the witch and said bluntly "You smell like a coyote. Why? Aren't you just a witch?"
