Faye raised both of her eyebrows as she heard what this girl Malia said just then to Diana.

Diana just stared at Malia with a shocked expression.

Faye blinked and spoke up then, pointing a finger at Malia, "How can you be sure that's what she is? You didn't even notice she was a witch."

Malia looked at Faye and said "I can smell the scent of coyote on her. It's very strong. And we could tell she was something supernatural, but we just didn't know what it was."

Diana blinked again and said "But how is this even possible? I don't understand it and it doesn't make any sense."

Malia looked at Diana and replied as her claws came out "I can look into your memories using my claws and see what's missing or what you forgot."

Diana looked at the claws at the same time Faye said "What the fuck? There's not another way of doing this? Like a spell?"

Cassie looked at her and said "There might be in my dad's book of shadows."

"Your dark daddy had a book of shadows and you didn't share this with us until now?" Faye said, turning to Cassie with a look of interest on her face.

"No. I'm not using my dark magic to do this. If Malia can do this without harming me, then we should try it." Diana said then, looking from Cassie to Faye.

Malia didn't hesitate to walk up behind Diana and stick her claws into the back of Diana's neck. Both girls then became very still.

Faye looked at everyone else and said "So what in the hell are we supposed to do? Just stand here and wait until this thing is over or whatever?"

Scott looked at Faye and said "Yes. This can't be disturbed and if it is, then both Malia and Diana will be hurt."

Faye rolled her eyes but sighed and looked back at Diana, a small amount of worry showing in her eyes like when she had seen Diana collapse onto the floor in the Chance Harbor high school gymnasium due to her own recklesness.
