The next morning Myungsoo was packing up his things. "Come in" he said. Hyorin opened the door and saw him packing. "What are you doing?" she asked as she stood in the doorway.
"Giving you back your room" he answered.
"It's too late. I like my current room, it has its own walk in closet. Anyways, I came to tell you that my parents gave the help the day off so we're by ourselves" she said. She gave the room a second look before she left. He smiled as he ran out his room. "What about breakfast?" he called.
"We'll have to make it ourselves."
"Do you even know how to cook?"
"It shouldn't be so hard" she shrugged as she continued walking down the stairs. She stopped when she realized she didn't know where the kitchen was. "Where's the kitchen?" she asked. He walked ahead of her as he was leading the way. "How don't you know where the kitchen is?" he asked.
"It's because I've never needed to go in."
"Then are you going to make breakfast."
"Shouldn't be so hard" she said as she picked up the apron and fumbled with it. "How does this work" she said. He laughed at he took it from her. He was tying around her neck. "You're hopeless" he laughed.
"I don't need your help."
"I'm scared you might burn down the house." She stared at him as he was putting the apron on for her. "Are you just noticing how handsome I am?"
"No. I'm trying to see what girls see in you" she said as she pushed him away. She took out her phone as she was searching up recipes. "Pancakes should be simple" she said as she put her phone down and was searching through the pantry for the ingredients. Myungsoo was just watching as he was trying to to laugh. She found the flour on the top shelf as she stretched up for it. "Need help?" he asked.
"No. I got it" she said as she kept stretching. Her fingers brushing against it as it was moving slightly. "It's going to fall at this rate" he warned her. She looked at him and said "Why don't you go do something useful. Get the pans" she told him as she went back to stretching for it. He turned to get it but heard a thump followed by a loud scream. When he turned back he saw her covered with flour. "What happened?" he laughed.
"It's not funny."
"It is a little" he said still laughing. She scooped up the flour and threw it at him with a satisfied smiled. "Oh it's on" he said as he scooped some up and threw it at her. They began throwing flour at it each. He held her arms as they calmed their laughter. "You look like a ghost" he laughed.
"You're talking" she said. Their laughing grew quiet at he looked at her. 60 seconds passed, it was then he felt something. She pulled her arms away when a girl walked in. "What's going on?" she asked. They both looked at her, "Who are you?" she asked.
"Yoona. I work here " she answered.
"She's the one that helps you get dressed" Myungsoo explained. Hyorin nodded her head as she remembered. "Well if you'll excuse me. I'm going and wash up" she said walking out the kitchen. "What about breakfast?" he asked.
"I'll go out" she answered and left. "I'll clean this up" Yoona said.
"You don't have to. It's your day off."
"It's okay" she said as she went to get the broom. When she got back she saw Myungsoo cooking. She stared at him in admiration as she rested on the broom. "Oh. You're back" he said as he turned back to her. She stood up straight and cleared her throat. "I could finish it up for you if you'd like" she said.
"It's okay. I'm almost done" he said as he got back to it. She got to cleaning as she stole a couple of glances at him. "Yoona. Taste this and tell what you think" he said as he held the fork to her. "I can do it" she said.
"It's okay" he said. She opened her mouth as he fed her. "It's good" she said.
Hyorin was getting dressed. She looked in the mirror as she combed out her hair. She put on some lipgloss before smacking her lips and left her room. When she got to the front door she opened it and saw a guy standing there. He had short dark brown hair and had great looking arms. "Howon. You're early" she said.
"Early? Didn't we agree on 11?"
"I must have forgotten" she said.
"Hyorin" Myungsoo called as he left the kitchen. He saw her standing by the door talking to some guy. She turned to him and said "I'm going out for breakfast."
"There's already breakfast. I made it" he said.
"Okay" she said to him. She turned back to Howan and said "Come in." He stepped in and looked around the house. "Howon this is Myungsoo. He just lives here" she introduced him "Let's go" she told him as she held his hand and went to their dining room. They took a seat at the dining room staring at each other. "Let's eat" Hyorin said as she took the first bite. They all started eating too. "So, Howon. What are you doing here?" Myungsoo asked.
"His my tutor" she answered.
"Another one. You know, she goes through them like shoes."
"You have a little something everywhere" he said pointing to his face. Hyorin looked back at both of them. They kept glaring at each other, if this was an anime there would be sparks right now. "This was a good breakfast. Come on Howon. Let's go" she said getting up and he followed her.
