I ran along the pathway as cats and dogs bucket down. My jeans wear were drenched As I looked for the nearest building. Then I saw a small coffee shop close to my apartment building with little to no foot traffic, probably because of all the rain. Recently I moved to New York from Dallas for school and it always seems to be raining in the big Apple. But it's not too bad.

Craving some caffeine I dashed into the building, away from the cold rain. I pushed the door open finally escaping the water pouring from the sky. Water drips on to the floor from my damp close. I analyse the room search for any employes. I notice the charming and aesthetics vibes the room gave off. The music was gentle with lyrics of love. The lighting was dim and mysterious yet also romantic. The decor of red rose was pleasantly subtle but the cafe was also kinda of casual in a good way. Far different from the urban aesthetic of most New York dinner.

I strolled to the counter gentle ringing the golden bell next to the register. (Ding.)Then I noticed a dreamy it was sweat yet masculine in way. The door leading to the kitchen was pulled opened. A boy my age appeared. He's eye were a deep blue like the ocean. His hair was swept behind his ears. His smile was striking. despite seeming so confident, he seemed kinda shy.
