Lily slowly began to walk down the dark alleyway whilst checking the phone which her mom had given her only a week ago for her 15th birthday, she needed to look at the phone for directions because today, today was the first time Lily had ever been allowed out alone. Maybe for a good reason.
It was cold.. to cold she thought to herself as she walked down the grey, never ending path, Lily decided to check her beautiful red phone to check how far away she now was from her friend Chloe's house *sigh* still another half an hour and it's getting really late. She continued down the path and she was a neon blue sign with the words "The Lost Society" on it. Lily decided to walk closer as the neon gave her a relaxing feeling but it turns out that The Lost Society is just a pub.
Great. Time to get absolutely wasted.🥳🥳🥳
From the second she stepped foot in the warm, beautifully decorated building, she could smell the bitter taste of alcohol all around her and on the clothing of the clearly wasted men, of course. It's Friday, that means that everyone wasting there weekly pay on alcohol, just to get that feeling of freedom for a little bit even if it will hurt them the next day, some people will do anything to feel free from this hell of a world, it was as if it was a temporary cure to depression to them
