The archbishop of the Exifs, he works with Monarch to save him from the destruction of their planet by monsters, but it turns out they and his kind worship the Planet Eater and God/ Mother of the Ghidorah named Gidrah. After losing her physical body outside of the void by the hand of Godzilla, Mosura, & other Earth Monsters, remnant of her to the form of a human as she and her mate have a new goal, repopulate a new breed of Ghidorahs to claimed Earth. Geez, I know the Exifs are very religious to their culture but Metphies take it way for so as to the love his goddess.
