Aftermath

It had been 3 months after Joyce had saved hopper from Russia of course with the help of Murray and the gang she hadn't told hopper her true feelings for him not yet she just felt like now wasn't the time the man had been through hell the last thing he needed was her and her feelings that's what Joyce told herself anyway

When hopper saw Joyce in the first time in forever he wanted to tell her everything every little emotion he had for her but he was patient as he knew he had to give it time.
Now
Hopper and eleven had been living with the Byers they were all one big family kind of  el would frequently visit mike and Jonathan would go with her to see Nancy and will would just tag along leaving hopper and Joyce alone most days but every time they left they would always smirk and say something like have fun you to or just giggle and run of causing hopper and Joyce to blush intensely.
Saturday night
It was Saturday night and as per usual they had the house to themselves so they decided to watch a film when hopper rendered about how Joyce asked him out to enzo he was about to ask her when he realised that Joyce needed time to heal and that this would damage her

They sat together for a while Joyce felt so peaceful and safe in hoppers embrace they exchanged warm and soft smiles with each other and when Joyce's eyes met his ocean blue ones she couldn't help but blush at how cute he was
"Joyce"hopper nervously said
"Yeah"she replied
"Well i was just wondering oh never mind"
"Hey don't worry you can tell me anything"Joyce said placing her hand on his
"Do you still want to go to enzos with me as as a d-date"he trembled
Joyce hugged him even tighter "of course I do"
"Ok ok"hopper replied
After a while they both fell asleep Joyce's head rested on hoppers chest and he had an arm round her small figure and there fingers were intertwined.
The next day
Karen(the absolute G)had dropped the kids of back at there house and they were all hungry despite the fact Karen had already fed them
So el decided she would wake her dad up so she went to his bedroom but then realised that he and Joyce were cuddled on the sofa she giggled a little
"Hey guys look"
Jonathan and will came to see wot she was talking about
"Awwww there so cute"will remarked
"Bet they were kissing each other aaaaaaallll night"Jonathan exclaimed making them all laugh.

El went over to hopper and poked him
"Dad"she whispered
"Dad!"
"DAD"
"DAD!"she screamed
"Huh"hopper said opening his eyes
"We hungry"
"Oh hi good morning to you as well"hopper said sarcastically
"I'll make eggos now"he grunted
El ran of to wills room
Hopper slowly got up not awakening Joyce he bent down and kissed her forehead before going to the kitchen

Joyce woke up to see hopper gone from her side but than realised he was just in the kitchen   Cooking eggos and bacon she got herself up and smiled she walked over to hopper and wrapped her arms around his waist hopper didn't expect it but he smiled and turned around to face her
"Good morning beautiful"he gleamed
Joyce just blushed and said
"So when are we going on that date"she smirked
"Uuuummm"hopper said sarcastically
"I think Friday seven o'clock what about you?"
"Of course"she replied and sat down at the table
"Kids breakfast is done!"hopper bellowed
They all sat at the table
"Ok on Friday are you going to the wheelers"hopper questioned
"Why"el said "so you can spend some 'quality time' with Joyce"she did the finger quoting
"Wasn't last night enough for ya!"she remarked
This made all the kids set of laughing
Joyce and hopper looked at each other shocked and blushing hard
"Enough"hopper said sternly
The kids became quiet
"Yes we are going"Jonathan replied
"Ok till what time"hopper asked
"It's another sleep over if that's ok"will said
"Of course that fine perfectly fine"hopper smiled

Joyce and hopper both cleaned the dishes Joyce decided to put some music on while they did it they both sung along to songs they knew and hopper was amazed at how good at singing she was
"Wow"he said amazed
"What"she chuckled
"Your voice is like an angel"he replied smiling
"You too"she joked
They continued to clean the dishes their hand often meeting in the sink.

Once they had finished they both started to have a party in the kitchen Joyce using a wooden spoon as a microphone and hopper using a spactulla they just danced and laughed when suddenly she's got you came on the radio they both put there 'microphones' down hopper held his hand out
"Care to dance"he smirked
"Of course it would be my pleasure" Joyce replied
Hopper put his hands on her waist and Joyce raped her arms around hoppers shoulders they gently swayed to the music for a while until Joyce had to cook diner.
