Chapter 15~

I felt guilty as I pulled Tails into the empty room, he had been silent as tears rolled down his cheek, I sighed 

"Tails..." I frowned as I crouched down in front of him, he just looked at me and glared,  I didn't blame him if he hated him, I did just betray him afterall

"Why are you helping them?! Mephilies daughter lied! And she's with Scourge!" Tails yelled at me, i sighed again

"The only reason she's here is because she's got something to do, and when that's done, she's leaving, she's never hurt anyone unless she's had too, and Scourge was on a mission for three years to arrest his 'gang' for his brother who's a cop, their not the bad guys" I explained

"How?! They just kidnapped me! You just kidnapped me!" He snapped

"You would've told everyone" I answered "You would have gotten the four of us killed"

"You've never been good with kids 'Venus'" I heard Sonic snicker as she walked into the room with a plate of food and I could hear Scourge whining in the background

"This is why Zero get's pissed at you when you say 'Infinite' is your ex boyfriend when he's twenty years older than you and married" I rolled my eyes, she only grinned

"He's gonna be even more pissed with me then~"

"You didn't"

"Oh but I did!"

"He's going to kill you"

"Not of my 'Father' kills him first...which I don't want happening"

"You can just call him what he is"

"Oh a failuar of a father who never kept a single promise to me or Mum and because of their divorce she went and got herself killed leaving me with no one? Because I needed them and they just left" She muttered, I frowned...Maybe that wasn't the best thing to say to her, I sighed and glanced at Tails and saw that he was watching us silently

"So is the food for me?" I smirked changing the subject

"No" She said simply with a roll of her emerald eyes "Its for the adorable fluff ball", I could've sworn Tails went bright red as she said that with the brightest smile as she set the food down in front of him "I really am sorry this happened Kid, but we can't have anything getting in the way, I hope you understand"

"..." There was only silence as Sonic kept smiling at him

"Don't worry, he food isn't poisoned, if you don't trust it I'm sure Fleetway would like to taste it for you"

"WHY THE FUCK DOES HE GET TO TASTE IT AND NOT ME?!" Scourge yelled as I heard Fleetway laugh

"I only have interest in tasting you~" Was Fleetway's reply

"Can you not get sexual?!" I yelled back as I rolled my eyes

"how can I be sure you'll let me go?" Tails asked, Sonic frowned

"I'd never do that, your a mobian, and I could get arrested myself if I killed you without fair enough reason, even keeping you locked up in this room even long after we've gone could get me fired, So I swear when this is over I'll let you go, if you like you can ask me anything and I'll answer it" Her smile returned, just as bright as before

"Anything?"

"Mhmm"

"....Why did you sound so mad about Mephilies?"

"....He...He left when I was six...He promised he'd come back but he never did...when I was eight I needed him the most because my mother was killed when she was fighting against G.U.N I want noting to do with that 'Man' and I won't have to when i'm finished here" I saw her eyes turn into a shade of dark green as she scowled and turned and walked off

I could only sigh as I glanced at Tails, he was scared and confused, but none of this was his fault...I admit, maybe things would have been better if Mephilies had never left his daughter in the first place, and I'm not risking time travelling again just to fail again

"Eat up, I'll be back in a few hours" I said to tails as I walked away and closed the door behind me, I only hope she doesn't get herself killed...
