Billie hurried to the gates of Hell. He couldn't stand just not doing anything all day. Sure, now and then there'd be a soul to torture, but that even started to get boring.
He jumped the gate, being careful to not get caught by Cerberus. He used his wings to fly down and land softly on the other side. His wings weren't the best for flying, just enough to cushion the falls he takes or to make him fly a few feet in the air. He looked back. He wasn't leaving forever, just until he can get some action in his life. He had the option of hiding up in Heaven or staying on Earth. He lived on Earth 200 years ago. While he was a miner in the Gold Rush, he died from a rock falling on his head when he was only 37. He didn't live a full life, but at least when he got reincarnated as a demon, he wasn't an old one.
Billie decided to check out Heaven for a bit. He snapped his fingers and found himself surrounded by what looked like a normal place on Earth. But instead of grass and dirt, there were clouds. Billie realized that his darkened clothes and wings would get him caught almost immediately. He jumped into an alley and bumped into someone. He growled a little, trying to push his way by. The other person grabbed his arm gently.
"Hey, I'm sorry, I should watch where I was going," the angel said, turning to get a good look at who he bumped into.
"Whatever, let go of me," Billie said, yanking his arm away from the angel's grip.
"W-wait, you- you're a d-d-demon," the angel stuttered out.
"Yeah, what's it to you?" Billie snarled.
"You aren't supposed to be up here," the angel whispered.
"Listen here, pretty boy, I'll go where I wish, when I wish, so how about you come with me and we can both ditch this place," the demon smirked.
"Go away," the angel said as he shoved the demon. Billie fell and decided Heaven wasn't for him. But that angel was adorable. Maybe he should sneak out more often. Once the angel was gone, Billie snapped, and he was on his bed again.
