Billie decided he could work on his mission later, he went to go visit Pete. Gerard didn't need to know that he went back down to hell.
As soon as Billie snapped himself to Pete's room, he immediately saw the raccoon sitting on Pete's bed. He stepped away carefully, and called for Pete. Pete appeared and stared at Billie.
"Don't tell me you're afraid of a fucking raccoon, this raccoon is Rin, they use they/them pronouns, don't fuck that up," Pete said. Billie looked at Rin then back at Pete.
"What if I said I was? But, to be honest, raccoons are evil little bitches, worse than I am," Billie said, keeping his distance. Pete sighed and grabbed Billie's arm, forcing him to pet the raccoon. Rin sniffed his arm, using their hands to bring Billie closer to them. The raccoon hissed and started to attack Billie. Billie screamed at Pete to remove Rin but Pete was too busy laughing at Billie to help. Eventually, Billie got the raccoon off and back on the bed. He growled a bit and Rin cowered.
Billie pulled out a small wine bottle and handed it to the raccoon. Pete calmed down and stared at Billie.
"Raccoons don't drink alcohol, idiot," Pete said. Shockingly, Rin opened the bottle and drank the wine. Then, they crawled onto Billie, relaxing on his shoulders.
"Really? Who's the idiot now?" Billie asked, cocky now. Pete grunted and picked up the mini bottle off the ground.
"Shouldn't you be on your mission or some shit?" Pete asked. Billie stood up quickly, causing Rin to fall off. They huffed, curled up and fell asleep. Billie rushed out the door and went up to Earth again, to the hotel room. Thankfully, Tré wasn't there yet.
--EN: YES. IT'S FINALLY HERE. THE LONG AWAITED RINCOON CHAPTER. explanation, i spent about 30 minutes complaining about how i want a raccoon. billie, the author, was like "what if pete owned a raccoon named rin in dlp?" and i agreed, and so, here comes the rincoon chapter. OKAY BUT HIGHKEY LOWKEY RINCOON IS LITERALLY ME KUDOS TO YOU BILLIE FOR GETTING EVERYTHING RIGHT. give the rincoon wine, and give the chapter love (and wine too). bye now ~ rin--
