Four - Part 2

Jack's POV

I can't believe what just happened. That is fucked up. My best friend and sister of all people. I need to go find Mischa, hopefully Nate's gone by home now. I knock on her bedroom waiting for an answer because I know she's in there. Three knocks later she still hasn't answered so I just walk in.

J: Mischa can I please talk to you?
M: Now you want to talk? Why couldn't you talk before rather than fighting Nate?
J: Look Mischa i'm really sorry, I didn't mean for things to get that far.
M: But you did. You saw all that blood. He's your best friend and you did that to him!
J: I said i'm sorry, what more do you want from me?
M: I want you to apologize to Nate, not me.
J: Big fat chance of that happening.
M: Well I forgive you Jack but I still want you to apologize to Nate. I'm not saying to be friends again, i'm just saying that you need to apologize because you took things way too far this time.
J: Fine, i'll apologize but only because I love you! 
M: Can I know one thing Jack?
J: Yeah, go for it.
M: Why? Why did you explode like that?
J: Because I know what he's like. Hell even you know what he's like. He's not the relationship type. He's the type to pump and dump. I didn't want him to hurt you.
M: As cute as it is that you care and I love you for that, but he won't hurt me. He's really changed.
J: That's what you're saying but that's not what i'm seeing or hearing. Last night at the party he hooked up with some other chick right in front of me. He'll never change.
M: Whatever Jack, You're just saying that to put me off him.
J: No i'm not, you can ask anybody. Jack, Sammy, Mike. They were all there. They saw.
M: Well that doesn't matter anyway because we ended things. So congrats Jack you got what you wanted.
J: Don't be like that Mischa, It's for the best just trust me. I love you more than anything baby sis.
M: Mhmm. Love you you too big bro.

Jack hugged me and then left my room. As much as i'm pissed at him I can't believe what he just said. Did Nate really hook up with someone else last night? Was I not the only one?
