The Oletus Manor had welcomed a new survivor yesterday, from what Fiona had heard or better yet, from the heavy bell chime that rang across the manor whenever a new survivor or hunter was invited. The priestess perked up with interest that day in her room but decided to not go downstairs as her focused was back onto her Holy Key, watching it float before her as a soft, buzzing static noise was heard from it.

She who was the only one that could hear it, heard voices from her Key that served as a portal summoner in the game. As if telling her, who was the nearest survivors by broadcasting their voices in soft and barely audible whispers.

The other reason was due to the fact she was a bullied survivor due to her shyness. Her shyness that very much contradicts her way of dressing which many survivors have claimed to be 'bold'. She really didn't know why. Her outfit was her formal wear as a Priestess so she in no way saw it to be bold.

She bit down on her lips, both her hands brought over her hood where her ears was, clamping them down shut as she tried to push the voices away, the voices that seemed to be mocking her, taunting her with evil little grins in the darkness of her fear.

It wasn't her fault.

It wasn't her fault that she could hear them. Those voices she claimed to hear. Yet she was called out as an attention seeker and a possible fraud for her truth.

Knock

Knock

Two soft knocks against her door snapped the priestess out of her thoughts, the voices seemingly have also disappeared from her mind as she quickly look up, her Holy Key dropping to the table with a small clang.

"Y-Yes? Who is it?"

"Eli. I'm just here to tell you it's about time for the match."

Eli Clark's voice could be heard from behind the door and Fiona places a hand on her chest as a sigh of relief escaped from her lips. Eli was one of the survivors that did not pick on her, mostly kept to himself in the manor yet having favourable or a better word, acquaintance with the rest of the survivors.

Picking up her Holy Key, Fiona left her room.

No no no—

Three words rang through Fiona's mind when she entered the match lobby. Her eyes showing her instant fear when she saw who her teammates were: William the Forward and Norton the Prospector.

And one more survivor whom she had not seen before— Must be the new one, she presumed as much.

William and Norton was most probably the two people she wished to avoid but to think she would having the two of them in her team would surely make this match a living hell for her.

And she isn't even exaggerating.

Fiona couldn't recount how many times her long portals ruined her chance of escaping as either of them would answer it if they're beside her while she was doing so, wasting that one skill of hers as she needed to wait for another two minutes of cooldown in order to use it again.
