T.P. (Who is he?)

I woke up feeling all refreshed. I looked at my alarm clock. I have 1 more hour before I have to arrive to school. I decided to check my school website.

'Summer Spring Dance 2012!

Hailey and I would always go bonkers everytime the annual spring dance come around. Although we do not have dates, we would still go, with each other. But now, I guess she will go with Mr FirstCrush. I groaned and banged my head at the wall. I mean if I were to go, who is available? Well, no one would want to go with Miss ForeverSingle here. I made a decision to see if any boy wants to go to the spring dance with me. I checked my calender. Three more weeks till my birthday. Miracles could happen. But I just remembered, every year a guy would put this note asking if I wanted to go to the dance with him. However, I don't even know who the heck he is. I guess this year another silly card would appear. He would also write T.P. at the end of it.

I don't even care about it and just take my towel to have a nice shower. I have plenty of time. Mom was right. Bathing in the morning just before school is rereshing. I never have a chance to do that cause I always wake up late.

"Hmm, I wonder who T.P. is? It can't be Trance or Timothy right? Oh here's a funny idea, how about Tony?" I said with giggles.

I suddenly look back. T.P. Tony Phillips? No! I quickly went out of the bathtub and went into my room. I opened my secret drawer under my bed and unlocked it. I held all the letters that I've received and look at it again. The handwriting looks like Tony's. Neat and tidy. Thousand of thoughts went racing into my mind. Should I tell Hailey? What should I do? I can't possibly tell Hailey about it. I need to tell someone close to me. Who? Who is the person I can trust beside my mum? ALVIN!!!

I quickly changed my clothes and got ready for school. I texted Alvin:

AUdorable: heyy can u go 2 school early 2day?

I received his messege within seconds:

NerdyFreakzBoy3: yeah sure. i'm on my way there now:)

I was surprised that he was already on his way there now. Oh, who am I kidding? He's a nerd, but he's cute, a bit. As I raced down the stairs, I saw mom already cooking her OMELETTE!! I decided that today would be my day when I'm going to actually TASTE my mother's cooking.

"Audrey, taste my omelette. I  add something new to it," Mom said with a smile on her face.

"Yeah, you definitely did," I said while gulping my throat down.

I took the fork and taste a bit. It was delicious, no scrumptious, no its heavenly! I gave my mom a thumbs up and eat all of it till its last piece. I glanced at my watch and saw that I was late. I quickly ran out of the house giving my mom air kisses and texted Alvin:

AUdorable: heyy sry i can't make it.. i just ate my mother's cooking!!! it's delicious.. i'll tell you all abt it when i reached there, again sry!! ;)

When I reached my school, the place were packed with students. I'm glad I made it to school before the bell actually rang. I saw banners saying 'Annual Spring Dance'. I tried to search for Alvin but to no avail. I saw Hailey and Tony walking in the school while holding hands. Tony winked at me. I was shocked to see my bestfriend's boyfriend winked at me when Hailey was right beside him. Luckily Hailey didn't notice him. I then decided to go to my locker.

I prayed hard that no letter would popped out. Opening my locker slowly, nothing fall out. I  heaved a sigh of relief. Maybe this will be a miracle. Well, my birthdays coming. I took my Science books out when a pink letter fall out. NO!!! Not the letter. Making sure no one is around, I fipped open the letter, it says:

   To my dear Audrey,

           Will you go to the Spring Dance with me? Reply me. Just put the reply letter at the block of lockers H. Hope you will agree to it

I moaned and banged my head against the lockers. Some students looked at me although I'm crazy. I wanted to tell Hailey but I'm scared it will break her heart. But I'm dying to go to the dance with Tony. Suddenly, someone grabbed my shoulder. I turned around and saw Tony and Hailey. Tony was all smiles and Hailey was too.

"I see you've received a pink letter. From who?" Tony asked trying to peer in my letter.

"What, what letter? I don't see it," I said while putting the letter inside my pocket.

Hailey and Tony walked off after that. I then saw Alvin.

"Alvin!! I need to tell you something!! Quick!" I said while dragging Alvin into the cleaner's store.

Alvin was pulled by me. I had no idea I was that strong. I showed the letter to Alvin.

"You know what this letter contains?? I always had this letter. Guess what?" I said with frustration.

I mean I admit, I did like Tony but I did not expect him to cheat over my bestfriend. Typical high schooler boys.

"Wait, you knew? I was the one who gave you this letter?" Alvin said while shrugging his head.

I was  taken aback by what he had just said. All this while, he was T.P.! I bit my lip,again. I pulled my hair and pinched myself to see if I was in my dream.

"Oh, you were T.P.? I didn't know that..." I said nervously.

Someone opened the door. It was the cleaner. He looked at us as though we were being crazy high schoolers. I dragged Alvin out of there. He was looking at me. It was awkward eventhough many students were there. Suddenly,Tony and Hailey appeared.

"Aww, look at them," Hailey said with little cute faces.

" You finally know that Alvin's been crushing on you since the first year of high school," Tony said.

I mouthed the words'you knew about this'. She nodded her head. The bell rang. I quickly rushed to Science class.
