The brother's growled at Vanessa's tone and choice of words.

"Watch your mouth," Leo warned, but Vanessa merely waved the warning aside.

There was no denying, she was a bitch, which gave Atlas an idea as he chuckled at Vanessa's question.

"Oh, Vanessa! You haven't heard?" Atlas frowned, taking a confused Charlie from Leo before his older brother could protest.

"Oscar, here, is a Daddy. Well, an actual daddy." Atlas smirked, gesturing towards Charlie, who obliviously bounced on his hip.

"Look, she's even got his dimples." Atlas pointed out to the raging woman in front of them.

The hilarious thing was that despite the brother's visible height and age difference to their sister, Charlie could pass off as either Leo's or Oscar's daughter.

She even had these little features that looked like they could have been passed down from either one of them.

Atlas' piercing eyes.

Oscar's cheeky dimples.

And the crinkles by Leo's eyes that appeared when he rarely laughed or smiled.

A sinister silence filled the room as Vanessa rapidly turned a deep shade of red, somewhat resembling a rather angry tomato.

With eyeshadow, lipstick and fake eyelashes.

"You!" Vanessa sneered, pointing an accusing finger toward the frozen Oscar.

Atlas quickly brought a hand over Charlie's ear and blocked the other ear as he pressed her head onto his chest, preparing for the worst.

"We're-we are fucking over, you hear me?" Vanessa shrieked, stomping over to Oscar and slapping him, hard, pulling him out of his frozen state.

And with that, the tall, treacherous woman marched out of the apartment, making sure to give Charlie a good glare, in which Atlas returned with one of his own as he blocked Charlie from Vanessa's view.

Oscar stood there in shock, not knowing whether to act angry or weep gratefully in response to what his little brother did.

Before he could decide, Leo strode over to Atlas, taking Charlie out of his arms and giving him a stern glare.

"Next time, don't involve her," Leo warned, although Atlas could see a slight twinkle of amusement in his oldest brother's eye as he walked out of the room.
