Embrace the Light...

I am getting fewer readers ;( if something is not good in my story please TELL ME. Your lack of enthusiasm is making me lose hope for my writing skills. After hours upon hours of writing time and planning for me the least u can do is spend one minute or less to say “its awesome keep on writing” or “it is awful”

Chapter 6: Embrace the Light…

Everything started to vanish, I felt free. No pressure pushing down on me, the light started to engulf me.

A weird sense of peace settled over me relaxing my tense muscles.

The light started to come towards me faster and faster Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, and Violet. It started to swirl around me.

I look down, just the rainbow of colors stretched out as far as the eye could see. Looking to my left expecting Jace to be there but he is not, franticly I search for him I finally see him a few feet away to my left.

He looked quite peaceful. Arms above his head and supporting ear to ear smile on his face. Alex looked the exact same, now I can see the resemblance between the two brothers.

Despite Alex being skinnier and looking younger I could see how alike they were.

Jace looks over at me; his smile became even more radiant which I didn’t know was possible. He reaches out his hand gently grasping my own, he pulls me towards him.

 He winds his arms around me and whispers in my ear “Embrace the light, feel alive” he kisses my cheek “welcome to my world”

He then wraps his arms tighter around me bridal style. I wrap my arms around his neck placing my head on his chest; I can hear his heart pump. The rhythm of his heart lulls me to sleep.

I wake up to whispering in my ear “Angel, wake up”

I instantly snap my eyes open to see blue orbs starring at me. A mirrored smile passes over mine and Jace’s face. The light starts to fade, instantly it is gone leaving blue.

The sense of flying is replaced by falling as me and Jace freefall. Jace bends his legs and lands with a soft thud. Alex wasn’t so lucky. He fell just like Jace but stumbled and fell down a mini hill that we were on the top of.
