Chapter 6
When I open my eyes, once more, I find myself on a white bed, covered in a purple blanket.
"You feeling better?" Shea asks, nervously. I can tell he's wanted to see me awaken. I nod.
"I think I'm ready to perform." I reply. He smiles at me. He motions towards the door, and I start to get up. He stops me. I look over, only to find the five boys I met earlier walking through the door.
"April," Niall replies. "I'm glad to see that you're okay." I smile, knowing that I am a bit fearful for the journey ahead. The competition, I think to myself. Am I still able to perform?
"Am I still able to perform in the competition?" I ask. Louis nods.
"Shea showed us a video, while you were unconscious. You sing really well, and you're flute skills are amazing!" I blush a rose pink, and turn to Shea.
"You did that for me?" I ask. Shea smiles.
"I knew you'd love it!" He replies. He comes over to my bed, and helps me up. As we walk out of the room, and to the stage, once more, I glance at my bracelet, noticing something different.
"Shea," I ask, my voice seeming calmer than ever. "Did you put a new charm on my bracelet?" He nods, but I can tell that it wasn't just his idea. His eyes reveal it better than anything.
"Yeah," he replies, his cheeks turning a rose color. "but it wasn't just my idea. I told Louis something, and he said that I should make another charm for you." I look over at Louis, and he smiles as bright as the sun. We arrive to the auditorium, once again, and I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn around, and see Shea, trying to pull me away from Niall, and Louis. I walk over to Shea, and he takes my hand, pulling me out of the auditorium.
