so it's been two weeks since the accident with loyalty, we have practice for tour . so i get and shower and get dressed then i went down stairs to see that loyalty and the boys is already down here.

i went into the kitchen of fix me an bowl of cereal. after i had at we had went to the studio and practice we had went the song that we are singing and we was doing the choreograph to the song while Chris is on his phone and while loyal is running or bouncing to the music.
