After the Battle at Base-C4, every side took heavy damage and losses. Project Adamas retreated and went into hiding in order to regain and rebuild their forces back to what it was previously. NIGHTMARE went on the defensive as the traitor amongst APES was found, trialed, and executed by the public. APES now with new bases and technology finally goes offensive as the time for peace is over.
Team Alpha suffered another devastating loss as their Captain courageously sacrificed themselves in order for the rest to escape. However what is unbeknownst to them was that a 4th party rescued and saved the almost dead Captain and Evangeline, but they haven't been seen sense. After these events the member's of Alpha disbanded leaving only Alicia North as the last remaining member of the second squad that had been put together. With the birth of her daughter, and the reoccurrence of Project, Alicia now see's what her role in this war is and takes up the position of squadron leader of the new TEAM ALPHA X. New and stronger candidates were chosen for the 3rd recreation of the squad and have thus been going smoothly.
As far as technology goes, each side had new and better technology.
•Project has finished developing their robotic Executioners to fight alongside their A2 executioners. As well as a new test subject to rival Alicia.
•NIGHTMARE has figured out how to make Adamas Flower poison. It only works on those who do not carry the gene however. Very lethal.
•APES has developed new weaponry, communicators, vehicles, as well as bases to combat against their enemies.
Now as for the Adamas Cannon. The currently built version is within APES's possession as well as the blueprints. However copies of the prints were made and given to both Project and NIGHTMARE by the mole from previous RP, and a new one working with NIGHTMARE within the APES system. Team Sigma was assigned to flush them out.
