Part 2 (does he still like her?)

Soobin and I decided to eat lunch together since our school is having a big project where the university is split into groups so him and I happen to be in the same group. "So what do you want? My treat." I asked and he chuckles. "Let me see.. a beef sandwich pleasee." He said and I chuckle before I walk up to the lady and I start ordering. We then hear a loud crash behind us and we see that a girl dropped her trade with glasses and now it's all shattered onto the floor. Soobin quickly helps her and tries to pick the broken pieces of glass for her so she won't cut herself. "Oh my god I'm so sorry!" She said bowing towards Soobin and he shakes his head before he said "No it's okay, just be more careful next time.. I'm Soobin by the way." He said handing out his hand for a handshake and she smiles before she shakes his hand and said "Yeji.."
Suddenly we hear a man yelling "what is going on?!" And Yeji quickly said "I have to go." Before leaving Soobin behind. He walks back to my side and I whisper "she is cute." Before he lightly pushes me and we both chuckle. We sit down and he is all quiet. "What's wrong Soobin?" I ask and he looks at me. "She just seem really vulnerable.. I don't know, let's just talk about something else." He said trying to forget about what just happened. It is now after school and I'm waiting for Beomgyu to come pick me up at the gates. "Ryujin, hi!" Yuna runs towards me and I give her a smile before waving at her. "Who are you waiting for?" She asks and before I could answer, Beomgyu arrives. "Oh, hey Yuna!" He said and she gives him a hi back. "By the way, Ryujin! I have a birthday party this Saturday! You and Chaeryeong should totally come, it'll be fun I promise!" She said and hands me out two pink envelopes. I look at Beomgyu who just shrugs. "Sure, we will be there." I said and she smiles at me before hugging me. "Thank you, I'll get going now!" She said before walking away. I look at the envelopes she gave me and Beomgyu said "don't worry, the boys and I'll be there so you guys won't feel as lost." Before he took my hand and we started walking. I guess I should just stop overthinking and go to that party.
"Party?! Hell yeah we are going!!" Chaeryeong said with her eyes sparkling. "I don't know Chaeryeong.. Yuna is mehh and I'm sure I'll feel uncomfortable there." I said awkwardly and she shakes her head. "Girl no, don't think like that. Let just take the opportunity and go! I mean what's the worse thing that could happen?" She said. What IS the worst thing that could happen?

"Oh no.." we are at the party and no one told us that the dress code was formal. I look around to see eyes staring directly at my soul. "We are doomed.." I whispered and Chaeryeong slightly nods. Soobin walks out to see everyone staring at us and quickly grabs both of our arms and starts dragging us away from the crowded people. "Why are you guys dressed like that to a party?" Taehyun asked and I said "I didn't know the dress code was formal!" in a slight panic. "Don't worry, I got you guys." Yeonjun said before clapping and then five makeup and hair stylist came in. They started doing our makeup, fixing our hair and gave us two beautiful dresses. Mine was this beautiful blue dress that looks expensive while Chaeryeong has this gorgeous pink dress who indeed, looks expensive as well. We walk out to greet everyone and they look shocked. "Are we that ugly?" I whispered jokingly to Chaeryeong and we both chuckle. Taehyun comes and escorts Chaeryeong away while Soobin goes over to me and we start linking arms. "You guys look amazing.." he whispered and I whisper "Thank you.. but uhm where is Beomgyu?" Before he could answer my question, we all turn around to see Yuna greeting us in this beautiful long white dress that looks like it's shining with small diamond pieces and by her side is, Beomgyu? What is Beomgyu doing there? I look at Soobin who whispered "Yuna's date couldn't be here so Beomgyu decided to jump in and be her date tonight." I slowly nod while looking at them smiling at the crowd. My heart starts to hurt but I feel rather confused than upset. Why would he be someone else's date to a party his girlfriend is attending to? Does he still have feelings for her cause I mean, they do say "a man will never forget his firsts." I'm starting to feel a bit dizzy so I decide to go outside for some fresh air. I stand on a balcony to see a girl standing there already. However she doesn't have fancy clothes on in fact, she is wearing an apron? I guess my presence cause she turns around in shock and I just smile and asked "don't worry, you're not in trouble uhm Yeji right?" She slowly relaxes and nods. We start chatting about different things until she said "I better go inside and help them. They are probably all looking for me." And I said "yeah, you should probably go, bye!" She gives me a wave before walking inside. I sigh in relief and continue to look at the beautiful sky. I don't know why I feel jealous I mean I'm his girlfriend. He chose to be with me for a reason yet he is with the girl he used to like? I know that I'm overthinking but I can't help it.. I just wished my boyfriend was more anonymous, I wonder how that must've been like. It's not that I don't trust him, I do but I can't help but think what if this and what if that you know?
