So, for some reason, after two/three years, I came back on Wattpad because I had a desire to update my other book, yet somehow this one got more popular even though this was written by the immature 14 year old version of me lmao.

SO I'll continue (or at least I'll try) and let's see what happens after that.

I may change the cast later on so be aware! (you don't need to picture the characters as the cast though, this is just if you're the type of reader that likes to picture a certain face and associate them with the character. Ima tell you right now, the actors won't have the exact same physical details as the characters. Like eye color, height, etc. again, the cast is only to associate faces with characters)

After the bell rang, it was time for lunch. Eve invited me to sit at her lunch table, which I happily said yes to. Even though it's only been about forty five minutes, I'm already comfortable with her.

We entered the cafeteria and she led me to her lunch table, where a girl and boy were already sitting, talking to each other.

"Guys, this is Jackie," Eve introduced me. They looked up from their conversation and turned their heads towards me. "She's new."

I clear my throat. "Um, hey."

The girl smiles. "Hi! I'm Ivy!"

Okay she looks so damn beautiful it actually hurts. Her brown skin looked smooth and perfect, not a single trace of a pimple or a scar on her face. Her hair was curly and swiftly swept into a side part. Her teeth were straight and white and she had a septum piercing. Oh lord she's hot.

I smile back at her with the same amount of enthusiasm. "Hi!"

After that, my eyes travel towards the blonde boy, waiting for him to introduce himself.

He stays silent.

"Um, this is Ethan," Eve says, obviously trying to ease the awkwardness. "He's my twin."

"Oh, you have a twin?" I ask incredulously.

The guy looks up and rolls his eyes at me. "Why is this here?"

This?

"Ethan, she's a person not a thing. Be nice."

"I honestly do not care."

Well. I'm definitely not offended.

I bravely reach a hand out. "Nice to meet-"

"Whatever," he mumbled, turning away to continue his conversation with Ivy.

I narrow my eyes at him.

Well, then.

After the bell rang, Ivy, Eve, Ethan and I got up. I checked my schedule. "I have Advisory."

Ivy nods. "Yeah, we all do, Who's your teacher?"

"Um, Ms. Fields."

"Oh, Ethan, don't you have her, too?" Eve speaks up.

He looks up at her and rolls his eyes. "Yeah."

"Awesome! Jackie, Ethan will help you find your way to class."

"Yay," Ethan sighs sarcastically. "Best day of my life. Helping the weird new girl find her class."

Well, that's not hurtful.

Eve and Ivy leave, leaving me with Ethan. He gets up and starts to walk away. I watch him, feeling hopelessly confused.

He turns around, looking exasperated. "Are you coming or what?"
