Hey, sorry for the late update! I've been really busy with school and stuff! Thank you to everyone who bothered to read!
Anyways, go on and read!

The teacher? Ms. Patterson?
She's a total bitch.
After class, I walked out, still confused by what had happened earlier, with that mysterious guy who called me a geek. Even though he seems like a dick, I feel as if I'm whole. I'm not sure how to describe it...it's as if I'm seeing the world a little more clearly.
Wow, that sounded cheesy.
Whatever.
I walk out of the class and check my schedule. I have Gym. Ugh.
There's a reason I waited until senior year to take this class.
I sigh and walk towards the girls' gym, using my school map to navigate my way through.
Finally, I find the gym and hesitantly enter. I look around and see a woman who looks like she's in her mid-thirties. She is wearing a whistle and is writing on her clipboard.
Wow. Cliché Disney channel coach much?
I walk towards her. She looks up at me and frowns.
"Who are you?" she demands.
I blink twice. I hate talking to grown ups.
"I'm Jacqueline Terrell. I'm a new student here," I answer her. "Very nice to meet-"
"Show me your schedule."
Well then.
I hand her my schedule, letting her eyes scan over it. And then she looks back at me.
"Jacqueline Terrell."
"Yes?" I ask, nervously.
Then she takes me by surprise. She leans in and whispers in my ear, "Are you?"
I blink. "What?"
"Are you?"
"'Am I' what?"
She huffs. "I can smell something on you. Are you? Answer my question honestly."
"Um...excuse me?"
She rolls her eyes and leans back. "Never mind. Anyways, you're going to be playing on THAT side of the gym."
She points to the left, where a bunch of girls are. Immediately I'm feeling out of place. All of those girls are super beautiful and seem to be a lot more put together than I am. Their hair and makeup was all in place despite it being a thousand degrees in here and their shorts showed off their beautiful long legs which I was immediately jealous of.
Someone, please save me from looking like shit next to them.
"Okay," I mumble.
The coach nods. "Okay, you'll have Coach Jones."
"Um, what's your name?"
"You don't need to know," she snaps. She turns and walks toward the right side of the gym.
Well, she was pleasant.
Whatever.
I notice how the right side of the gym has fewer girls than we do. They seem to be playing a game or something but nothing too hardcore. They all seem to know each other. I don't know why but their side makes me feel like I should be there.
