Jake Mason was a 20 year old boy who didn't believe in Christmas.
That is, until he got a call from one of his elves.
There had been a shooting at the North Pole, and two of Santa's best reindeer had gotten wounded.
They were immediately taken to health care, and Santa was locked down inside his cozy little house until they secured the perimeters.
Santa needed help. It was a few days until Christmas, but he wasn't allowed to step foot out of his home. Not wanting for Christmas to be a bummer, he asked his elves call people with money all around the world, to help buy and deliver presents secretly.
This is where Jake comes in. The elves had persuaded all of the rich people they needed to help deliver presents, until they got to Jake and his area. He wanted to help people, but he just didn't have the Christmas spirit inside of him.
Enter Kayla Cardinal, an 18 year old girl who loved Christmas. She wasn't rich, or even in the middle class, but her Christmas spirit definitely made up for it.
The elves put two and two together, forming an unbeatable pair.
But what happens when Jake realizes that this jolly girl is more than a friend? Will he scare her away? Or will they forever be a team?
