Chapter 7

It's been about two weeks since the party and the guys haven't acted the same since. Well, Jin and Namjoon have been pretty much the same, only hanging out more now. Taehyung and Jungkook have been getting more touchy, not caring if the others noticed, which they did. Hoseok has been the same, though he'd smirk more when he was around Jimin and Yoongi. He knew everything that happened between them, Yoongi told him, so he found it fun to tease Jimin and annoy Yoongi.  

Speaking of, Jimin has been avoiding Yoongi ever since the older took him home the day after the party. He didn't regret that night, he was only scared. Yeah, Yoongi took care of him and didn't say anything about it being a one-night stand, but he still had an uneasy feeling about the whole thing. Yoongi was the school's biggest fuckboy, what if he was using Jimin as just another body? 

What if he only wanted Jimin for sex?

 Did he really want to have sex with Jimin? 

Or did he force himself on him that night? He had too many questions, questions that only one person could answer. 

Yoongi. 

The one person he didn't want to talk to.

The two friend groups soon collided as Namjoon and Jin hung out more and Hoseok got close to Jimin, as friends of course. Taehyung and Jungkook took a liking to Yoongi, so they would always talk with him, which may or may not have made Jimin jealous. Just a little bit. Jimin has been more distant with Taehyung and Jungkook and hasn't even tried to spend time with Yoongi. 

He only hung out with Jin and Namjoon, and he would hang out Hoseok outside of school since he would usually be with Yoongi during school. Hoseok noticed Jimin's actions but chose to not mention anything to the younger boy. He would occasionally talk to Jin about it, the oldest male obviously noticing the change in his brother-like best friend. 

They were concerned but also understood. Jimin was just confused and unsure so it isn't unusual for him to act like this. He would be distant from everyone but Jin and would be clingy and tend to pout a lot. 

According to Jin, Jimin had acted this way before once. It was with his first boyfriend. Long story short, the guy had made out with Jimin a few times and once tried to have sex with him, but Jimin didn't want to. The guy got angry and told Jimin he was only using him for his body and no one would ever love him for him. Jimin was broken and only talked to Jin for 2 weeks. This worried the maknaes greatly, but they couldn't do much for him.

Today was one of those days where Jimin became clingy and pouty, but he wasn't being clingy to Jin. He wouldn't leave Hoseok's side. Hoseok, of course, didn't mind, he actually found it quite cute. Though not everyone did, more specifically Yoongi didn't.

The boys had an hour-long free period, so they decided to all hang out in the courtyard. Namjoon was fondly staring at Jin as he rambled on and on about some random topic, damn was he whipped. 

The maknaes were giggling to themselves talking about something no one could hear, but they could tell they were on the verge of making out. Yoongi was sitting, well laying, in the grass while covering his eyes with his arm to block the sun from his eyes. He wasn't just covering them from the light, but also the two boys not far from him. 

Hoseok was sitting in the grass leaning back against a tree with Jimin sitting between his legs leaning back against his chest. They looked like a cute couple, though Jimin's feelings towards the older male were platonic. Hoseok was threading his finger through Jimin's hair, making him hum softly in satisfaction. Hoseok soon moved his hand down to Jimin's waist, wrapping his arms around him, and burying his face in Jimin's hair. Jimin giggled and smiled at his hyung's actions. Yoongi became greatly jealous.

 Hoseok used to do that with Yoongi when he was upset or unhappy or just whenever Yoongi wanted. He never liked Hosek more than a brother or a friend so he saw no harm in them showing affection like that.

Yoongi liked Jimin, obviously, and Hoseok knew that. Hoseok honestly didn't think anything of Jimin's affection, he just thought it was cute, but Yoongi did. He wanted Jimin to be affectionate with him. Every time he heard Jimin giggle he would clench his jaw or his fist. He was furious, to say the least.

At one point Yoongi just snapped. He looked over at Jimin and Hoseok to see Jimin turned around and straddling Hoseok's waist with his face nuzzled into Hoseok's neck. This threw Yoongi over the edge. He abruptly stood up and quickly walked inside the school. All 6 guys looked at Yoongi then at each other with confused expressions.

"What the hell was that?" Jin asked looking around at the boys, wanting one of them to answer. "I don't know... I'll go check on him," Hoseok said, moving Jimin off his lap. Jimin pouted a little but soon shrugged it off and leaned back against the tree.

Hoseok walked inside and looked in both directions before deciding to go left, knowing where Yoongi would be. It took him 3 minutes to arrive outside the room he knew Yoongi would be in. He slowly pushed the door open to see Yoongi pacing quickly while mumbling something to himself. Hoseok walked in quietly and shut the, which grabbed Yoongi's attention.

"What?" Yoongi spat harshly at Hoseok, glaring at him as the younger stepped a bit closer to Yoongi.

"Why did you storm off like that?"

"Seriously?" Yoongi chuckled dryly. "You don't know? Damn, you must be blind."

Hoseok stared at the older male, confused by what he meant until it hit him.

"Oh shit, I'm sorry Yoongi! I didn't-" Hoseok got cut off by a punch to his face. He stumbled back and held his jaw.

"Yoongi-"

"Shut up!" He pulled at his hair and crouched down, hugging his knees. Hoseok stood there for a moment before slowly stepping towards Yoongi.

"Yoongi..." He mumbles softly, crouching down in front of him. The older boy peeked out at Hoseok, only lifting his head a little bit.

"Awe, Hyung, don't cry," Hoseok gently cupped his cheeks and wiped his tears away with his thumbs.

"I'm sorry..."

"You don't have t-"

"Shush. I-I'm sorry for being jealous... and punching you... I just..." Yoongi choked on his tears and quickly clung to Hoseok. The younger boy fell back, but held Yoongi in his embrace, propping himself up on one palm while rubbing Yoongi's back with the other.

"It's fine Hyung... I understand."
