Olivia Benson wouldn't tell you even if she was drunk why she fell for Hank voight. The case was horrific. She hated being part of it. She hated seeing herself in the victims eyes. She was raped and she could see it with every single one of them.
She wasn't scared though. She was safe and she had something else to worry about.

Hank voight.

Dam Olivia could you not sleep with someone who was a conflict of interest on this one. That's what she thought at the beginning of this night. Olivia, Fin, Carisi, Amanda and even Rafael Barba had gone out on a night out with Hank, Erin, Jay and Antonio.

Fin and Jay was the first to leave. Fin knew Olivia would be safe, he was like a big brother to her and a security guard but he made sure that Hank and Barba to look after her. Barba was her best friend so that was way he told him. Hank well he wasn't so sure but his detective senses tingled the start of something good. Next, Amanda took Carisi home as he had too much to drink and the two roommates, who was also dating, wanted to get some rest. Antonio followed. He wasn't liking Manhattan and his place to stay was a little further than the rest of them.

Surprising to Olivia, Rafael stayed a lot longer than she expected. But soon he left and then Erin left a while later.

Now it was Olivia and Hank. Alone with a bit of there drinks left. Hank had asked her about work and now it was more of the personal questions. The sort he wanted to know the answer to but he hated asking.

"So Benson. How's the outside of work you doing?" He said his gritty voice making the hairs on her neck stand to attention. God he was hot.

"I don't know Hank. I told you that it's Olivia or Liv outside of work. Want another drink?" She said as she chuckled slightly.

"Sorry. Maybe you should arrest me. But then again I think you would prefer another glass of wine." He said as poured some of the wine into there glasses.

After the team had left they bought a bottle of wine and proceeded to move to the back of the bar in a smaller booth. "Care to take a walk with me. After we have finished our drinks?" She said hopeing he would say yes.

Hank nodded and they gulped down the drinks and left the bar. It was a cold winters night and Olivia made the mistake of not bringing a jacket.  Her bag strap lay across her shoulder and she shivered.

"Hey. You cold?" Hank said as he smiled at her. She nodded.

He took off his jacket and wrapped it around her shoulders. It was a simple gesture but Hank could have sworn he seen Olivia blush. It was cute.

He wrapped his arm around her shoulders and her blush was really starting to show. Hank stayed blind to her and pretended he didn't notice. They stopped as it began to snow.

"Take a break on that bench over there if you want." He said. She nodded and they hurried over to the bench. Olivia sat first then Hank, placing his arm on the back of the bench. "This is my nicer to lay on side apparently." He whispered softly.

She put her head on his chest shutting her eyes and he drew circles with his fingers on her arm which was still covered by his jacket. "I seen you blush earlier, when I put my jacket around you, You seem pretty comfy there. If I was a cop I would assume you don't wanna move." He said and he got a chuckle at the last part from her.
"Maybe." She said as she chuckled more.
"Hey Liv. Sit up and face me a sec. You had something on your face when i wad putting the jacket around you." He said.

She sat up and faced him. He took a look as he admired her beauty. He placed his hand on her cheek and leaned in for a kiss.

The kiss was slow but passionate.

"No. Must have just been your beauty." He whispered. She smiled and kissed him again.

"I ain't gonna lie. I'm freezing Hank."  She said. He didn't say anything he just smiled and she looked at him again.

"Want to come back to my place?" She said.

A conflict of interest or not Olivia wasn't thinking about that now.
