Chapter 13

[ Third POV ]

Out on the beach...

There lies Jotaro sitting on the bench, reading his newspapers. Many kids were in the ocean. Adults were watching them. The teenagers were tanning their skins to look extra good-looking.

A man in a black suit with a dark hat that covers his eyes sits behind Jotaro. "You're Kujo Jotaro, correct? I'm with the Speedwagon Foundation. I've been told that going near electrical wires is dangerous, including phone lines and power lines so I'm here to deliver this message to you in person."

I should arrive at Morioh's port tomorrow at noon.

"Oi, Josuke! Eating at that new Italian restaurant that Tonio made was so good! I wanna eat there again!" Okuyasu's belly was full.

"Who knew Tonio is the first peaceful Stand user we've ever met."

"Welp! I'm going home! Bye-bye!" Okuyasu leaves Josuke to go sleep.

Josuke heads home and plays videogames.

"Oh! That's a Baseball!" The announcer of the game shouted.

4 hours later..

"Josuke, haven't you played enough already? Turn it off right now or I'll do it myself!" Josuke's mother yells at him.

"Gimme 5 more minutes! Please! I just need 5 more minutes to beat this sucker! I'll lose cash if I rage quit! You can't pause a multiplayer game!"

Josuke's mother kept kicking his back.

"Enough excuses! The kicking won't stop until you turn it off. You're back starting to hurt yet?"

"AHHHH! I lost because of your constant kicking!" Josuke cries out.

His mother leaves the living room to go to the bathroom.

"Well that was a shame. Might as well turn it off." Josuke turns off the TV.

Flick

The TV turns back on.

"Huh? I thought I turned it off." He turns it back off.

Flick

It turns back on.

"Okay game, I get you want me to play with you but wait until tomorrow!" He turns it back off again.

Flick

"Why you-?!"

"Kujo Jotaro isn't going to take my warning, isn't he? Can't say I didn't warn him! Hey. How's it going, Higashikata Josuke?" A familar yellow bird appears in the TV screen.

"It's you!" Josuke's eye twitches from anger.

The Stand comes out of the TV, with sparkling electricity aura.

"Red Hot Chili Pepper!! What are you doing here?!" Josuke asks him, furious at what Red Hot Chili Pepper has done to Okuyasu's brother, Keicho.

"Keh! Took you long enough to notice me! I've been coming over to check up on you every once in a while...."

What? He's been spying on me the whole time, seriously? Josuke thought to himself.

"Hehehe. I've also paid a few visits to Keicho's younger brother. That idiot, Okuyasu. I've learned about that Yamagishi Yukako chick as well. Plus I heard Hazamada Toshikazu and Kobayashi Tamami got sent into the hospital! Even Nishikata who possesses Echoes which is now Echoes Act 2. It was hilarious when I stole all his homework and burnt it into crisp. He was crying last night and it was hysterical!"
