"Josie! What do you think it is that you're doing?" Lizzie asked her sister which is literally hiding behind her shadow right now.
"Lizzie! Shush, hide me from the world. Oh god, please hide me from the world!" almost close to pleading, Lizzie just looked at her sister and rolled her eyes.
"This is embarrassing!" The blonde whispered but instead kept walking to their class still, not minding anymore that her sister looks like a freaking weirdo.

The class is already packed when they arrived so they get to seat at the back while Josie still hides behind Lizzie. She was thanking the gods for sparing her and not bumping into Hope but that's until someone sat beside her, seeing a familiar figure.

'Shit...' she internally cursed and reprimanded herself for it. She has got to stop doing that whenever she sees Hope which is not smiling at her.

"Fancy seeing you at the back, Josie." she says with a smirk.

Josie was quick to sit up straight and try her best to compose herself. She must have looked weird or crazy, she thought. Little did she know that her sister's thinking she's insane whilst Hope thinks that it's cute. Not that it matters or that it counts because Hope would never tell.

"You're early." Josie pointed out and Hope chuckled.
"I think I am. So, what brings you at the back? You're usually up front or at least a couple of seat away from me, maybe three or four?" Hope pointed out as well.

The brown-eyed girl clearly doesn't know that to say. She just freaking doesn't know. How is she even able to win a battle of wits against someone whom the professors of this academy have given up on battling?

"Because we woke up late." Josie answered and Lizzie turned to them.
"Look, if you guys are gonna act all friendly around me I'd suggest that you do it somewhere else. And we're late because it was hard getting Josie to step outside our room, I don't even know why. It's like she's going insane or something." The blonde remarked, not forgetting to roll her eyes at Hope before focusing on something else.

Hope looked at Josie, amused while Josie could only wish that her sister didn't say that.

"You guys woke up late, huh?" Hope raised a brow and once again, Josie internally cursed.

'Shit.'

"Looks like you are busted, Saltzman." Hope says and Josie glares at her. Hope found it cute.
"I don't even know if that's real!"
"Oh, love. Trust me, it is real." Hope chuckled.
"And do not call me that! I'm not your girlfriend or what!"
"Well, would you like to be?" Hope joked and laughed as Josie's cheeks flushed red.
"You are unbelievable!" Josie remarked.
"Besides, love is a rather beautiful endearing name to be called. Or would you prefer wife?" Hope once again joked and Josie nearly punched her.

The goody Saltzman trying to punch Hope, it was very entertaining for Hope to watch and it could have landed but Hope stood up. She was about to make fun of Josie again only someone from upfront called her name.

"Lizzie Saltzman, Josie Saltzman and baby makes three." Dorian says and the girls could only look at Hope, wondering why on earth is she being summoned as well.

Arriving at the library, Alaric is already waiting and they just followed suit as he makes his way inside.

"This makes no sense, Dad. Why are we being punished?" Lizzie interrogates.
"Because you started a brawl at a charity football game and that risked exposing what we really do here." the older man answered.
"Well, you weren't mad the other night." Lizzie defended.
"I was mad the other night. My undying love for my daughters just happened to trump my rage. I volunteered everyone in the game, so stop complaining. You're lucky that it's just community service and not actual jail time." Alaric finishes and crosses his arms while looking at the girls.
"Can I at least offer a rebuttal in my defense, if it pleases the court?" she asks.
