Miraculous : Alter Ego

Crack

         

          "Bye bye, little butterfly." Ladybug chimed happily and brought her fist up and bumped it with Chat Noir's. "Pound it."

"Today was easy." The boy commented. "I didn't even use my Cataclysm. How about we go around one more time ?"

Ladybug rolled her eyes. "Chat, don't you have better things to do ?"

"Like what ? What's better than fighting villains with you ?"

The spotted heroine sighed. "I gotta go, kitty. I have test tomorrow and I need to study for it."

It was already late evening. Marinette has to be home for dinner. Before she could wish him a good night, Chat Noir yelled. "Ladybug, watch out !!"

The next thing the girl knew was her partner above her. A blob of something grey flew passed them. Chat, however, quickly bounced back to his feet and brandished his baton. Ladybug brought herself up and swung her yo-yo, ready for anything.

"What." Ladybug gasped as she saw the supervillain before them, attired with what seemed to be cemented frock which was cracked everywhere. The villain's hair was braided behind her. Her whole right side was white as snow but her left side was black as the night. It reminded her of Reverser.

"Hawkmoth should probably choose a more comfortable wardrobe for you guys." Chat grimaced. "It looks like you could hardly breathe."

"This ?" The villain gestured to her clothing, "Oh it's wonderful, you see. Actually, allow me to make you feel the same wonderful feeling of being CRACKED !" She bellowed and lunged at the two heroes. She clenched her fingers and the same grey cement formed in her palms. She threw the cement to both Ladybug and Chat Noir but both of them jumped away. Unfortunately, it hit a curious blogger who was too close to the scene : Alya. She shrieked and held herself like one would due to a horrible stomachache.

"No !" The two heroes yelled. They watched in horror and the villain in interest as Alya groaned in pain.

"What did you do, you- ?!" Ladybug yelled to the villain.

"The name's Crack." The villain replied. "And like I said before, I merely cracked her."

"What are you-"

"Ladybug." Chat Noir called. Immediately turning back to Alya, Ladybug saw her split in two, just like how a clay is split.

The real Alya collapsed on the ground and standing right behind her, smirking, was Lady WiFi.

"Good work." Hawkmoth's voice rang in Crack's mind. "Now make sure you hit Ladybug and Chat Noir."

"This is bad !" Chat Noir yowled. "Bug, we need to get away from here for now !"

"And risk everyone getting cracked ??"

"Look out !"

Both the heroes jumped away from the blob of cement and yet again, one hit another passerby. This time the citizen was not someone they know, but that didn't stop Ladybug from gasping. The man staggered a little and gripped his shirt. But after a while of no pain, he examined himself and smiled in relief. Then, he scurried away as quickly as he could.

"Wait..." The spotted heroine realized. "She can crack only those who were once akumatized !" She dodged yet another blob thrown at her.

Ladybug ordered as she somersaulted, "Chat, get Alya away !"

"What about you ??" Her partner was already carrying Alya bridal style. The girl was unconscious.

"I'll go the other way. Just make sure Crack doesn't follow !"
