He was gone
My heart broke and I let out a loud sob. I couldn't bare the thought of loosing him. I clenched on him for dear life, so when my father tried to take me off of him, he couldn't. Luckily Shawn was close, helping my mom with the horses, so he was able to help him.
They succeeded, but I was so devastated. I couldn't even walk. This ended with Shawn having to bridal style carry me inside. Although this definitely was not something easy for him. I tried escaping his grasp, I was beating his chest with my fists, while badly crying. But he did it, he brought me inside.
I was so frustrated, angry and sad because of the loss, that he had quite a hard time keeping me in. I was pushing him, fighting him, ... But he didn't say anything, he knew I was hurt. Very hurt.
My parents came in wet, exhausted and shivering from cold. That was when I realized that I was cold too. I was so outside of this world for the time that I didn't even realize before.
When I saw their faces full of sympathy, I broke down again. I ran into their arms, hugging them, resulting with them locking me in a tight embrace. I cried and it seemed like I was never going to stop.
We stood like that for what felt like an hour. When I was finally able to let go off my parents.
I wiped off the remained tears and looked at Shawn. He stood there with sadness in his eyes. You could see how awkward it was for him, so I broke the eye contact and left to my room.
"Wait!" I heard Shawn say.
"What?!" I snapped.
He looked at me surprised.
"I am sorry." I said. "I am just really hurt."
"No, it's ok, I should know that you are not in the mood. I just wanted to say I am sorry for your loss." he said with sympathy, looking me in my glossy eyes.
My eyes started to water once again: "It's okay, it's not your fault anyway." I said. "Goodnight Shawn."
"Goodnight El." he quietly spoke.
I turned around, walking to my room and into the shower to clean and to warm up myself.
I stood like a statue in there until the water got cold. Then I dressed myself in pajamas, dried my hair and went to sleep. Even if I knew this was going to be a sleepless night.
☆☆☆In the morning☆☆☆
Shawn's pov:I woke up half an hour ago and now I was all ready, just leaving the room, when I saw her.
She looked so beautiful with her hair falling down her shoulders, her face free of make-up and her body all covered up. You could still see her curves by what she was wearing and damn, they were beautiful.
She was not the thinnest person, but even if her thighs were touching and she had a bit of a chubby belly she was still stunning, fuck she was the most beautiful person I have ever seen.
She looked at me and I immediaetly turned my gaze away. I couldn't think about her like that, I had a girlfriend God damn. Even if our relationship is hard, it doesn't mean I should look at someone else that way. I can't be like others, I am not that person, at least I think so.
Ellie's pov:
Shawn already left and I was currently cooking us some lunch. I was making us some beef soup to start with, then cooked beef meat from the soup and some fried potatoes.
It was a good distraction.
I couldn't go on a ride this morning, it remembered me too much of Charles. Oh God, just the thought of him makes me wanna cry.
I blinked the tears away and continued with work.
☆☆☆LATER THAT DAY☆☆☆
I was talking with my father what to do with the horses if a new storm comes. The night when all bad happened we took them to the barn where we kept the hay and food for horses, but we couldn't keep them there.
So we were having a conversation, when a car parked on our courtyard.
I looked at it, but I had no idea who it was, I've never seen the car before. But when the doors opened and the person came out, my jaw dropped. I couldn't believe my eyes. It was him!
I ran to him to make sure that I am seeing right. And as soon as I saw, that my eyes were right, I jumped into his arms. He was finally back.

So who do you think is back? 😃
