"Yes ! All this time, I'm only trying and trying and you keep pushing me out !"
It was raining. Hard. The both of them locked eyes. Their cold breaths puffing out, revealing how wintry it was.
"Well, I'm not asking you to try. You can just leave."
"Oh, I will. But not right now !"
"Excuse me ?"
He stands closer to her.
"Because I'm going to get whatever I want from you and then I'll leave. Let's see if you can stop me then."
Gabriel grabs Robin, pulling her towards him. Their lips only an inch a part. His looks down her wet lips, licking his own.
He whispers, "And that's when you will realize how much I matter to you."

Gabriel Hilton, a lumberjack living in the Meadow Forest had always believed in work and nothing more. He and his brother, Logan Hilton run a lodge in the forest together. Both men keep to themselves and enjoy their fruitful lives in quietness of the forest.
Robin King, a travel journalist, enthusiastic about wildlife and nature, gets a job opportunity to travel in one of most dangerous yet sublime forests in the world, Meadow Forest. She gets a booking in the only lodge that's near to the forest.
She had a long history of bad relationships and unwanted men. She needs a break and now work was the only thing she needed to keep her mind busy.
When they meet, their friendship grows. However, their alliance takes a deadly turn. It's not friendly anymore. It's tension-filled and animalistic pleasure.
Would Robin taking this temptation, drain her out completely or does she step away before it actually becomes too real ?
