"You shouldn't settle for less. You shouldn't accept what's just enough. You should be treated more than enough." I thought back to what Taehyung told me. That night, Taehyung took me home, my empty home.
"Don't you think home should be a person rather than a place?" He asks me.
"I don't have a person to call my home. It used to be Jinyong..it hasn't been for a while now"
"I can be your home. Your safe place"
I giggle, "okay" taking it as a joke.
"Go" he watches me enter my house before leaving for his own.
That's how our night ended. We spent that night getting to know each other, showing each other our vulnerable sides.
It's not like I haven't thought about divorcing Jinyong. I have, just..never seriously. It's never gotten to that point where I've actually considered it. I just don't know how to bring it up. How do you Even bring it up.
While Jinyong was away, I started to spend more time with the guys next door. Some of them never introduced their names to me and I just never thought to ask. I kind of just learned their names by being around them and hearing their names being called.
"You always wanna pick a fight huh" Jin says to Jungkook.
Jungkook scoffs, "you're the one starting the fights" he continues to read his book.
Jin throws a blueberry at him, "ah! Yah!"
"Look at your elders when they're speaking to you"
Before Jungkook could speak, yoongi groans, "can you guys be quiet? I'm trying to sleep"
"You know, some of us never introduced ourselves. I'm Sure you've learned our names along the way but, I'm Jin. That's yoongi, hobi, Jungkook and namjoon" all the boys smile brightly.
Taehyung comes out from upstairs and sits down on the couch next to me. He sat fairly close to me. Everyone's eyes are on Taehyung when he sits down. Taehyung notices, "what are you all looking at?" Everyone looks away and shrugs, looking back at the tv.
"Do you guys want to do something today?" Jimin asks everyone.
"Like what?" Taehyung asks.
"Lets all go on a vacation to Miami" everyone turns their head to jimin.
