Tears ran down Sana'a cheeks. It was slightly ruining her blue eyeshadow, but she was still beautiful as ever.
I had given up on keeping my bright pink cheeks streak free.
"What're we gonna do?" Sana sobbed.
I looked down at her bright blue jumpsuit. I couldn't look her in the eyes. Her costume was cute. All I wanted to do was focus on ever detail of her poseidon costume.
I grabbed a hold of one of my pigtails. They were pulled up for my Boo costume. I loved Monsters Inc. and Boo was definitely my favorite character, so it was an obvious choice.
But I had to answer eventually.
So I did.
"I don't know." I whimpered. "I don't know."
She pulled me into a hug.
"I'm sorry." she whispered.
"Me too."
