Prologue

Hanako's POV

I clutched where my heart was supposed to be. While I was alive. Time has flown by. One year has almost past. Yashiro's ending time was approaching. We have done all we could but she doesn't seem to get any better. Three weeks ago, a mysterious disease has been affecting her body. Death is seeping through her body. I can feel it. No human help can save her. Only the supernatural have powers strong enough to fight this disease.

But no one could help us.

Tsuchigomori-Sensei had nothing on healing, Yako was a no-go. What could No. 1 do I'm not sure but definitely not something that could get rid of this impending death.

It hurt my nonexistent heart to see Yashiro in a pale and fragile form. She kept telling everyone that she was fine but I could see through that facade. She was far too weak to carry on with her cleaning so I let her off.

Just last week, she had stayed back home due to her sickness. I didn't know what to do. Fate has been sealed.

NO!!!!

"I WILL NOT GIVE UP HOPE SO EASILY!!!! I AM A SCHOOL WONDER!!! I HAVE THE POWER TO GO THROUGH NOWHERE AND EVERYWHERE!!! EVEN IF I HAVE TO CHANGE FATE!!!! TO TURN BACK TIME!!! I WILL FIND A WAY!!!! This..... I swear to you Yashiro. We will save our friendship. Stay strong......." My thoughts screamed in my head. I curled myself into a ball, weeping.

3rd Person's POV
Deep under the school, in the nothingness and in nowhere, a presence had been evoked. A spirit with powers unlike any other. A story untold, untouched and untouchable by rumours. A soul that refused to give up. HE had awakened.

And what he did..... would change everything.
