— Many of you are confused why I wanted the most active member to be the leader (even though there's a leadership skills). It's because I wanted them to rate their members' participation. That's why I made the leaders PM me your forms so that they could be brutally honest. I appreciate all of the active people in my AF, and I wanted to shower them with blessings and points but well... you guys still picked your leader with the highest skills.

— Some leaders rated everyone "everyone participated" but I know that's not true. LOL, I see EVERYTHING. some leaders aren't even active but you guys choose them because of their skills, which is okay. so sorry for the confusion. anyway, love you all. xoxo
