When it comes to the iconic comedy duo known as "Smosh," Anthony is known as the adventurer between the two. From swimming with the sharks, to skydiving, to bungee jumping, Anthony's done it all. While Anthony had the time of his life, his business partner and middle school best friend who was forced to tag along on Anthony's crazy adventures didn't really enjoy himself. He was afraid of sharks and heights so those experiences wasn't exactly enjoyable for him. He enjoyed spending time with Anthony, sure; but Ian wished that Anthony could do something normal with him for a change. Like take him to the arcade, or out bowling, or... Something. Ian was so fed up with it that he vowed to get his revenge on Anthony by turning the tables and making him do something that scared him, but yet to no prevail. He tried roller coasters, but Ian just wound up screaming in terror and clasping Anthony's hand while Anthony just threw his free hand up in the air and screamed in pure joy. He tried one of the scariest haunted houses in Sacramento around Halloween, but he just buried his head in Anthony's chest and screamed like a little girl while Anthony laughed and high-fived the dude. He had pretty much tired everything... however, he had one more trick up his sleeve. He remembered a time back in high school. A time when things were much simpler. A time when Smosh was unheard of and when Ian and Anthony were more than friends. They skipped school that day and drove to the beach to have a whole day to them selves as a couple and some much needed relaxation. Only two hours had passed when dark storm clouds begin to gather in the distance. It wasn't long before the previously beautiful sunny day turned into a dark mess. Lighting was visible as thunder cracked throughout the dark sky startling Anthony with every loud clap. Ian remembers being fascinated by the phenomenon known as the pre-summer lighting storm as Anthony kind of panicked and rushed to the car. Ian didn't follow, though. Instead, he just stood there with his feet in the sand and watched the clouds get closer and the sky grow darker as the sound of the local tornado siren filled his ears. Ian could see something forming in the distance, but couldn't make out what it was until it was only 20 feet from the water's surface... A tornado... In California? This only made Ian more fascinated as he took a few more steps closer to the water's edge. Ian had always been fascinated by storms, so he wanted a closer look. He was snapped out of his trance when Anthony ran up to him in a panic and attempted to drag him away from the beach, screaming and yelling at Ian. He didn't want to leave, but he knew that he really didn't have much of a choice. It was on that day that Ian had learned that Anthony was afraid of severe weather. It was probably the only thing that Anthony was afraid of. He missed those high school days with Anthony. The days when he could hug him, kiss him, and tell him how much he meant to him without worrying about fans, editing, or busy schedules. Ian longed for Anthony to be his once again. His arms reached for him, his eyes cried for him, his heart begged for him, but for the past eight years... There has been no answer.
"Hey... Hey... HELLOOOO! EARTH TO IAN!"
"Wha-Huh?" Ian hadn't realized that he had been daydreaming... again.
"Daydreaming again, man?"
"Yeah, sorry. I'm just excited about this trip." He lied.
"Why are we flying out to Oklahoma, anyway?" Anthony asked. Ian just snickered evilly at the thought of finally getting his revenge on Anthony.
"I'm not saying, man. It's a surprise." Ian's plan was so devious that even the adventurous Anthony isn't going to see it coming. They're going to land, call a cab to the hotel, check in, hop in the rental car and drive the weather station, hop on a van with some storm chasers, and chase mother fucking tornadoes all day! Ian was beyond excited to get there and see Anthony's face when he see's the storm chaser van. Ian really hopped that this trip was worth it because it costed A LOT of money, but Anthony's little adventures wern't technically cheap either. Anthony grabbed our bags from the baggage claim and called a taxi to the local Holiday Inn. After they checked in, they got on the elevator and took it up to the fourth floor finding their room in no time. Anthony slid in the card key and walked in first with Ian following close behind him.
