Clarke's PoV:
The bell rings to indicate that lunch was about to commence. I shoot out of English and stroll to the pillar outside the canteen. I stand, thinking and pondering questions that relapse in my head about why Bellamy would say hello to me or even acknowledge I'm a living thing on this Earth. He's always been the popular one with friends that are not like me. They only care about themselves, girls and guzzling down full beer bottles. Why me?Suddenly, I transverse back into reality with Raven stood pocking my arm, sharply.
"Earth to Clarke." She says.
I look at her, making her aware I am now listening.
"Speaking of Earth, I got 100% on my astronomical test today." She says.
"Well done! I'm so happy for you. You deserve full marks on everything after all you've done." I say. She smiles, wiping her brow.
"Speaking of putting 100% into everything, has Finn apologised to you yet?" I ask, trying not to sound rude.
She chuckles and nods her head. "Yeah, we're fine now. I'm going to his tonight."
"Good. Lets go and get lunch." I say, grabbing her hand and luring her to the canteen.

"No Clarke!" Raven demands in my ear.
"Come on! She's nice. Enough." I say to her.
"She won't bite, but I will." I repeat, yanking her to the table.
"But it's Octavia. She's so confident and popular, and I'm not." Raven says to me. By now we're stood in the middle of the canteen, with a tray of food in our hands, looking stupid and embarrassed. Only minutes ago, Octavia signalled for me and Raven to come and sit with her. She's pleasant, plus me and Raven could do with some popularity; it wouldn't hurt.
"I'll buy you donuts on the weekend." I bargain with her.
"Any flavour or price?" She asks with eyes that could melt chocolate.
"Whatever the hell you want." I say, making her smile.
"Now come on! We look so stupid." I say, strolling over to her table.
"Hey Clarke! Raven!" Octavia exclaims in an excited voice.
"Hiya." I say. She taps two seats beside her, to gesture us to sit down. Raven follows me as we both sit down. Opposite us is Monty with Harper, Murphy with Emori and next to me, Jasper with Maya. I'm good friends with Monty, Harper, Jasper and Maya but Murphy and Emori have always seemed quite cold people, with no emotions or sympathy for anyone. I usually stay clear of them, but show kindness when around them.
"So Clarke, there's this party at the Millers tonight and we wondered if you and Raven would want to come. It is Friday after all." Octavia says. I look at Raven and she nods.
"We'd love to. Who else is going that I know, apart from you guys?" I ask.
"My brother with his friends, and then whoever else, but the Millers parties are never small." Octavia says.
I stab my salad with my fork, at the thought of a Bellamy going to a party. If he tries to even pursue anything I swear I will- "Hey Clarke."
You have to be kidding me.
I turn around to see Bellamy slamming his tray of food onto the table, sting directly opposite me.
"Hi Bellamy." I say in an impertinent manor.
He smiles at me. "Are you going to Miller's party tomorrow?" He asks.
"Yep. Heard you are." I state.
"Good, we can talk more." He says, progressing his smile to a smirk.
I check the others are simply chatting amongst themselves before cautiously leaning in to meet Bellmay's eyes.
I say quietly: "Whatever ludicrous notion you've conceived about us, needs to be erased from you're stupid head."
"Us?" He asks.
"Us? Glad you're still taking 'us' into account Clarke. Thought it would've left that smart head of yours." He says, smiling at me.
"The concept never entered my mind in the first place." I say to him storming off in a furious mood.
"I'll never give up on you Clarke!" He shouts. I shake my head, furiously stomping out the canteen. I've left Raven, but she's fine. I'm not; I'm annoyed. But why am I so bothered about something like this? Why am I bothered about Bellamy?........
